Asana is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
My colleague and I are planning a team trip, and Asana is a great tool in terms of organization and timeline, along with giving each other deadlines on when things need to be accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, I really enjoy using asana!

Organization, timeline, teamwork, planning, check and balances

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple projects and multiple teams can be managed. A very good and useful calendar. I like the reminder and notifications.

Limitation of size while uploading a large file

It is an amazing tool for managing projects by creating and assigning tasks. Comfortable for coordinatin and reduces manual effort

Asana helps us move we need to request a living arrangement at a hotel or a car reservation when our organization is sending us out of town

Perfect for Event/Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
As an event manager, I love Asana because it is nice to have all of my event tasks in one place. I also love the ability to add notes to my tasks, set due tasks, and assign tasks to others on my team. It has been really helpful in keeping me on target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything about Asana that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized and helps my team understand where I am in terms of planning each event. Should something happen and I'm not around they will be able to see the status of my events and keep on going.

Easy to use interface which was a requirement for me & quick to use features

not dislike, but I would want a feature to add effort hours to each task

I manage a team & staying on top of all the work is difficult, this is what Asana is solving for me
It is hard to imagine project management without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
The completeness of the solution. From a personal to-do list, through team meeting agendas, to complex team project boards, Asana has you covered. I love having all my tasks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the power to introduce the rest of the company to Asana. ;) Honestly, I would have to think really hard to come up with one thing that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all tasks in one place. Being able to create complex projects involving many different team members. Sharing the progress of the projects with everyone easily. Cross-referencing tasks in different projects. All this saves a lot of my time.

Great Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Love the board feature and ability to add subtasks that I can tick off as I go. It's great to be able to assign projects and add contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there isn't anything in particular I can think of that I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
The free version allows so much functionalities for a micro team to try and set up for further use and extend to all the capabilities of the Asana tool. The setup was super easy to begin with and the references are very helpful for a newbie. We have integrated with a couple of our enterprise applications and loved the interface when we bring our data at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, we are still exploring Asana for our team over other products and love to tell you that we are really considering it.

We want an easy to setup and use project management tool that integrates with our exterprise application and CRMs smoothly and to see our data and track our progress at one place.
