Asana is one of the best project management tool I've used so far.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Asana is that it can be integrated with other apps such as Google Drive which helps the team work more efficiently and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has no time tracking feature, which could have been a great help in monitoring and documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly helps in making sure that each member of the team was communicated with the given tasks delegated to them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has streamlined our team communication. We no longer use email to communicate as a team. We use asana to organize communication into actionable items and projects. Asks no longer get lost in an email inbox, they are turned into tasks with due dates - really increases team accountability
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you decide to use Asana, fully commit. We saw the most functionality when we made the shift to it being our primary communication tool amongst our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable rules (so useful and fun to create), OneDrive/SharePoint integration, Portfolio layout for display of Status Updates and Milestones (very clean and effective), the ability to favorite and archive Projects, the Mark as Approval feature, Project Templates, the ability to add Tasks to as many Projects as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to assign one Task to two users, the inability to construct exceptions to Rules in a direct way, the inability to filter Tasks by a customizable timeframe, the tracking of every single change that is made to a Task, the inability to drag/drop attachments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the following problems:
-Inefficiency in the communication of project work scope/expectations and project progress and setbacks
-Inefficiency in the sharing of files
-Lack of clarity on processes
-Lack of clarity on short, medium, and long term goals
Asana is benefitting me by making all of the above more efficient and more clear.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any other new technology, project management software [Asana] can be overwhelming and intimidating. I began to feel most comfortable with the product when I shifted from creating simple to-do lists for personal action items to building out projects that incorporated collaboration with other users, customized rules, and file sharing. Asana has completely changed the way in which I approach my daily tasks at work, how I manage projects, and how I collaborate with others.

What I liked the most in Asana is the user experience, it's very easy to configure and use. Inbuilt templates /boards are very useful and provide lots of functionality and insights. You can easily do tracking and dependency management

Customer support should have more interactive and fast

I was using Asana for project reports/dashboard and dependency management

What do you like best about the product?
Everything that is required for a task management is available. Be it Writing down a task, assigning to a team member, having an SLA, tracking etc. All in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say that I dislike. The layout is properly placed the But usage of colour coding needs a few improvements and also with respect to adding new users needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complete task management part is solved by Asana. Automatic emails for notification on remainders are very much useful which actually helps PM to follow up with the team.

Asana is a great tool for organizing time-constrained tasks. Its timer is my favorite one.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an avid user of Asana and even the free version does wonders in helping to organize tasks across business-as-usual matters or large projects! Love the single view of all tasks and it's so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana is able to come up with a better pricing plan that allows more companies to use the paid functions. Not sure how much are organizations being charged, but I can see that the paid features will make workflows even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to organize work across teams, assign tasks, track progress across projects and ensure that all team members are accountable for their work. It also helps to identify bottlenecks as the tasks are organized very clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
User Interface. I find the UI of the product to be very friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that I dislike in Asana that it does not support time tracking.

We use Asana to manage our software development sprints.
It is very easy to create an epic, connect it with GitLab, create subtasks and add milestones.
We can maintain our releases too using tags.

Any team that wants to use a product/ project or work management tool, must try Asana. It is very easy to use and the UI is friendly. It allows you to create epics, tasks, subtasks and also tags for your releases.
