customization. support. realtime tracking.

I don't dislike nothing. All thinks helps me to work smootly

Asana - Awesome tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The features of Asana AI is so worth and helpful. It is designed to automate tasks, provide intelligent project insights, and create, summary, summarize work. Some of the features it includes - smart status updates, AI-powered fields, and "AI Teammates" for workflow automation are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main feature I expect is the native time tracking tool. A robust time-tracking feature introduced within the platform will make it a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create task and keep updating the task and when the task gets updates, the notifications helps me. Overall with the visualizations the proeject management has become much easier

I can easily reorganize my tasks/actions and customize my project plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
May I suggest that the timeline view can be downloadable into excel or pdf form
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management keeps me on track during my project call meetings.
I find it easy to use and has already recommended two friends to use Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very simple to use. The self-learning aspect such as it automatically tells us what to put in the newly created field, is easy to understand. The Kanban or visual boards view is also handy for assessing progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popularity and the marketing. I have been recommended Jira on LinkedIn but never was I recommended Asana. They should work on that also. It becomes easy to trust a software we see more on our trusted websites. Otherwise as a product, I did not find any downside of using Asana rather I find their blogs useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving many problems like easy view of progressing towards a goal, priority status, and the most useful tool is delegation or assigns a task feature. In this feature we can clearly see who can impact a project deadline.

Can easily use it, no such expertise needed.

Asana is one of my favorite software tools overall. Clean, efficient and easy to use.

It's hard to think, but I would say opportunities to customize projects and tasks within them.

Ease of use, Scalability, projects, dashboards, ability add multiple tasks in quickly, sub task mgmt, alerts on pending tasks, security features and collaboration

Nothing much as i love the tool. I feel it is a great tool but needs more visualisation and word cloud capabilities and tableau integration and analytics and ML capabilities

Efective Collaboration, ownership issues of task owners, sub task assignment, task sharing, to do list, email alerts, multi tasking capabilities and timelines to manage effectively.
