A powerhouse project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really flexible to how your team works. We are easily able to view tasks as a kanban board or a list view. I love that level of detail that I'm able to add and the ability to link to asana tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I wish were available on the plan we use. When we have outside team members submit a request, there's no way to auto-assign them to someone. This leads to missed requests because I don't otherwise get a notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps my team organized with all the separate initiatives that we have in-flight. It's the single source of truth for our workload and helps us evaluate when we can take on new projects.
Excellent Task Manager and Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps everything in one place with excellent visibility, while still providing an actionable to-do list for individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're definitely still building out certain sections, e.g. Goals, but I have seen updates come in regularly so I have confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful accessibility, team access, forms, and a great networking tool for business. Great way to provide access to the entire networking team on multiple different topics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints/dislikes at this time. The program is very useful and very user-friendly. Tons of customizable options and very accessible for all teams and departments within the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program has assisted our company with allowing information for many topics including website listing updates, product updates, product information, regulating errors and keeping the entire team up to date on any issues that are occurring within the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great program to share information, create projects, create forms, share company-wide information and many other wonderful tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we don't have to send an email to team to update the work progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still use google task as it connect to gmail and also google calendar. I like Asana better if they can link between asana task to google task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It transform clarity within our team. This is very helpful since we can get the job done faster and more efficient.

If you need a collaboration tool that is easy to use and fits in any type of your organization, Asana is the one.

Didn't see much of errors in Asana. I enjoyed managing my projects.

Assana is helping me set up the RACI matrix. I can easily find out who is responsible who is accountable and who needs to be informed.

Really Like everything they provide.dashboards , tasks prioritization , revurring tasks , prject map , templates and many more features for an affordable price package.

I really like the product and i have used this for a long time now and still i have not went through any weakness of this product. Everything is perfect with asana
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly project and work management issues. Using Asana we can orchestrate our work in a live system so we can see , discuss and was very easy for me to run my organization projects using this platform with the features they have.
Good, Light, Well organized
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very light, easy to use, the view of the boards are so confortably to see and navigate. Also the functionalities and integrations with other tools are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people that do not have US Dollar as a local currency, is expensive and also the capacity for attachments is not so big, but this could be sorted out with a better Google Worskpace (Shared drive) integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Asana in our company as a tool for project management and demand tasks for our teams, it was a good tool to have an overview of what was ongoing for our clients.

I recommend bargaining before closing a deal with Asana.

Has a learning curve at the beginning. Once I'm familiar with all functions, it became easy to use.

I love how easy it is to organize tasks and assign them to team member

The confusing dashboard and missed tasks sometimes I don't know where did my tasks go until i search for them

I work with a team of graphic designers and it helps me to easily brief them what to do
