Best Project Management Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Its the best project management tool for managing tasks and assigning to respective team members without investing much time on communicating with team members from different departments. Loved it!

Nothing is there to dislike about Asana. It is one of the best tools for my project management needs. If they have a desktop app, it will definitely be a game-changer for them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, Tasks Management, Dependencies, Priorities, Handling Multiple Projects in one frame, Can add all team members and its integration with multiple apps.

Use it to integrate & access your multiple work app in one place

Its integration with majority of apps like gmail, slack. It really help me to track things in a better way which is required for any project manager in the digital industry

UI of Asana is very simple. API integration is nice and friendly. The drag feature is working awesome. Easy integration in forms is also nice.

There is nothing much to dislike. Asana can increase integration support for other services also.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem is like an organization having a different task to manage and Asana help us to solve that. Asana has a large scope of functionality, that we include in our daily work routine.

Using Asana for years
What do you like best about the product?
Asana for me is an amazing task management system, which at the beginning might seem a bit complex, but I, as a very structured person, love all the different possibilities to manage my tasks however way I need to. Where it becomes very obvious, how powerful the platform is, is when you start using it in combination with automation software like Zapier auto-creating and auto-assigning tasks depending on external triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As said above, initially Asana might not be everybody's cup of tea. It has loads of features, which might be a bit confusing and depending on what you are trying to achieve potentially could be an over-kill. Personally I love them, but for that very same reason, I've been struggling at times to convince other colleagues to use the same task management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Asana is the central tool I go to to look what I have to do. Apart from that, and where the magic really happens, is to use it across my team to manage our coworking space. Tasks get partially created automatically based on triggers on our website or elsewhere thanks to Zapier. Those are directly assigned to my teammates to take care of urgent tasks in a timely fashion.
Asana is a great PM tool that needs to upgrade its data visualization features.

Excellent PM features, customizable, integrable.

Data visualization is not good for a PM tool.

Tricky but Worth the Effort!
What do you like best about the product?
If you take the time to learn all the features in Asana, it can solve a multitude of problems and keep a remote team on task with various projects across many differnt departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best features/functions of the system take a lot of time to build and a lot of effort to understand. It's been a challenge for me to learn even using the wiki/faq/kb but once I've mastered creating something it has been a very useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross-communication between departments when we are addressing a task that someone from another team needs to do/assist with or a project that requires multiple teams in a remote setting.

Try a demo first and really make sure you learn the features before you roll it out.

Best part is it is accessible on any platform web & mobile, has helped a lot in improving the management skills and tracking the resources to their best efficacy. Just simple to use & makes life a lot easier & lets you focus on more productive things in life.

There is nothing that I dislike so far. Everything thing is beyond expectation or it just suits the things that I need for my daily operations in my day-to-day life.

Collaboration makes it easy to collaborate tasks with my colleagues because Asana clearly shows a progress of a task.

You definitely must try Asana. Its a complete collaboration platform package. You have you project management,task management. Its the same thing with other apps out there but this one is also cheaper
