Great for team updates!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that different users can follow different tasks/lists, and those people will get updates when tasks are marked as complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to navigate since there are many views and ways to organize/filter the different tasks, completed and incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue we're solving with Asana is keeping track of the state of projects and tasks that other individuals have to complete before the next step can be intiated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great to use to keep track of your personal projects and tasks, as well as seeing the current state of projects and tasks other members are working on. Just make sure that you're following the tasks, or you won't see updates!

Asana makes me a wide range of prototypes, that provides us an even better-streamlined layout for every project We work out, every pre-designed layout becomes truly successful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Asana daily, to work on projects of all varieties. It is crucial for anyone to keep a proper order from each proposal's data, which was why Asana has significantly succeeded, offering a variety of ways to develop tasks dynamically, as well as an outstanding effective design and arrange most of the material in the kindest way.

Asana is the great tool for project and task management that it can easily facilitates most of the employees to properly manage our business to interact and collaborate with colleagues. It helps us to enable the opportunities to handle multiple projects and task at a single platform. All of its outstanding functionality options like task, reporting, documents, collaboration tools, and its different features are very helpful for our business. Asana software allows customers to have a certain amount of customization within the application that help us to improve our business services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest difficulty about this software is that sometime it is very difficult because of its advance functionality so that is the main problem when we started using this software. This tool can integrate with other small devices that can give you access to Gantt Charts or timelines and many other features. Asana is free for personal use but the paid upgrades version has many more features. Unfortunately this platform is only available in certain regions and for higher prices.

Asana is one of the best project management solutions that all teams can easily manage to use all of our projects and tasks. It is the great ability of this software to set schedules on tasks and resources. I can simply maintain all functions to perform better in our business and professional life. It is effectively simple to complete all of our projects and task in better way. It is helpful for all of our teams and companies that can handle multiple projects and tasks at one platform with in very specific time.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most organized project management software which helps to achieve high perfection and is quite able to update all of our projects and manages procedures for assigning the users to a projects certain part. Asana keeps us organized and on track with our daily projects with newly created templates. Asana always accommodates all kinds of projects workflow and gives a high success rate to organize projects in their respective tasks completion order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not manage the open-source projects and doesn't allow to share the products tasks plans via mail with teams or project coordinator. I cannot easily create the projects tasks and often have issues in assigning my team members on different parts of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Asana, we are highly able to get a project up and running with more efficiency and more quickly by adding multiple ideas and tasks along. It really helps me to manage the projects based tasks and also help me to maintain follow up on the progress of my projects.

I love the ability to use boars, lists and calendar views in Asana for task management.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is Freemium. This is fine and I appreciate the Free version. However, Premium can only be purchased for a minimum of 3 seats. This does not work for a single user, or a small team of 2 like I have. Please offer licenses per-single-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration of work. Super easy to create and assign tasks, tag/categorize work, and track progress. Also, nesting and connecting tasks together.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana carries one of the most reliable project management features which can be customised and adjusted according to the requirements and needs for any projects. We can overview the whole performance of the projects and can do follow ups on regular basis with all of the team members involved in the project. A sequential collaboration channel is performed where each and every one can share the completed files and can chat over the required tasks to be done. Asana is a highly feature project management tool which can be employed to execute some of the tough operations. It assist the users in the flow of data with simple integration and allows sharing of files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deep learning curve makes it considerably difficult for new team members to adapt to this tool. Asana also have issues in extracting the reports for the projects and overviewing the performances of the projects is also bit troublesome. We always have to face issues in chatting with each other and completely coordinate to understand the overall parts of the projects . The task scheduling feature is utmost fine but while appointing the task to few of the users it shows errors. Our work have mostly been interrupted due to the performance error of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is counted as one of the leading project management tools but in my view it’s implications are still limited. We mainly use it in the beginning of any project to break it down into completely structured way to achieve. Communicating along with keeping up to date regarding the projects is what I like most about Asana. Regardless of few lags in performances of this tool , Asana can be used easily to achieve high performance feasibility and productivity.

What i like most about asana is that you wouldn’t missed any task undone and you could also put there a step by step process on how to do it.

Nothing really. Everything is just so perfect for me.

The task is a series of activities which can be seen as chart, timetable, and schedule. Activities could only occur in one organization or workplace but therefore contribute to another group.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had almost none vital comments about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing but tracking details for every web development process is comfortable since you can easily obtain your project information including a graph.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to work with a team and create a clear plan for managing a project. It's also easy to add multiple projects and the colors and calendar layouts make it clear which tasks align with which project. There are also great features for communicating with people on the team when tasks or done or need help. I also really like the friendly and social aspect. It allows you to like comments and tasks to show others they've been seen or understand as well as directly tag someone in a comment or post for collaboration. I also love that it connects to Sharepoint to easily upload attachments which helps with version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be relatively simple compared to many other project management tools. It works for our team, but the template layouts and even the way they show sub-tasks is a little counterintuitive and has a bit of a learning curve. Also the ability to share with external clients is difficult as Asana has little way to create a simplified workback, but rather shows anyone invited a complete view into the project. The templates leave a lot to be desired as it's hard to add much detail into them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've managed to truly streamline the way we approach project management with our team. We've also connected it to other software we use, including our time tracking software, to ensure we're not duplicating efforts and running as lean as possible. We've made great strides with Asana to working better as a team and communicating in a strong virtual environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really important to set up your projects well on the back end before rolling it out to the team. Also making sure to set Asana norms is great. Asana has a lot of great resources for this and makes it easy.

What I liked about Asana is its clean user interface, simple yet powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about it is when you are creating tasks/boards, it lacks the feel you get when creating tasks on Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of managing projects, giving you a visual map of the tasks distributed to the team, the statuses, and updates on progress.
