Best work management system I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
All of the integrations it allows with other programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Teams, and more. It allows work to be streamlined and organized to get more done in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows so many sub-tasks that you can lose things amidst the sub task after sub task. Also there is no native desktop app. Lastly, it only allows many teams but I wish there were sub teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting projects and teams in line with tasks and accountability of work getting done. It allows us to braindump all tasks knowing we can come into work and rely on Asana to guide our day rather than trying to hold todo lists in our mind or writing them down and losing it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s easily the best work management system we’ve used, and worth giving a try
Best Task Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface. It's extremely easy to use after you get the hang of it. I find it essential in organizing tasks for myself and my team – it's so simple to keep track of everything and switch the status of assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive from the start. It can seem a bit overwhelming for someone who hasn't used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy to organize tasks by level of priority ~ I find it's great for time/task management.
Asana software has helped keep our company on the right track.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, it can be adapted to our work in the company to be able to choose the appearance of the toolbar. It is very easy to create, organize and monitor tasks with this program. I can assign tasks to any of my coworkers. Asanas also has a significant advantage in monitoring the pace of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some ads are missing and I don't see them anymore. The mobile app does not inform you about new activities and requires a long time to update. A brief overview of all the projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has organized the company's colleagues more efficiently. All colleagues in our company know their jobs, priorities and circumstances thanks to Asana software. Our team has improved interactions. The needs of consumers are always met on time, as the system leads the way. Asana removes unnecessary emails. It saves a lot of time, because you no longer need to send emails and wait for an answer, everything is in Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana helps us organize the work of the company's employees, manage each task and identify and eliminate risks even when the plans change in the future, so you can use the schedules to schedule the tasks you must present and see how each one The work is done and what you are proposing in the establishment.

Asana - meeting all of my task management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Asanas learning is incredibly curve is almost non existent. Ramp up takes no time at all because it’s such an easy to use system!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want Asana to notify of me my upcoming tasks and not just at the time of the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about remembering to complete my tasks thanks to Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time implementing Asana, there’s a lot to learn but can be a powerful tool once you’ve learned all there is.
It is one of the easiest-to-use and least complex task management tools that exist.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use with a minimum curve of learning. Clean and unnecessarily complicated interface for inter-functional teams in particular (this tool can be employed with non-technical teams such as marketing, human resources and so on, and it is not for software development teams only).
What do you dislike about the product?
Several feature limitations. The price is somewhat misleading and the template becomes costly once the 15-person limit is passed on to your venture (even if some of the 15 also need "vision" permits) or if they need to work outside their company (for instance with a consultant / third parties without an e-mail address inside your organization's domain).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a user-friendly platform for communication worldwide of schedules, milestones and programs. It is easy to access, intuitive and can manage projects of great dimensions. The software is relatively easy to use with a minimal learning curve and, in the majority of cases, is one of the most easily used and least complex tools in task management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the free version first and take the advantages and disadvantages into account. Many professionals must be safe, particularly in interfunctional teams that cooperate, manage tasks directly and easily, etc. If only the designers or a method for making more advanced project management diagrams or graphs are searching for more formalized specific software development tools, this is certainly not the right item.
The greatest team management platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it super easy for all our team to delegate tasks and manage projects, and allows us to easily see who is where on each step of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing to dislike here yet, nothing inherently sticks out at me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us keep everyone on task and know who and when someone is working on specific tasks.
Very efficient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is useful because it enables me and my group to organize all the tasks we need to complete for our research project in an organized manner. Also, the app is great because it enables me to see what my peers are working on so I don't accidentally complete their tasks. Overall, I find this app very efficient to use and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find the screen to be too bright so I think it would be wonderful if Asana was to introduce dark mode. Other than this, I have no other complaints about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an undergraduate researcher at Stony Brook University and we use Asana to keep track of the tasks that were completed for the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to use Asana.
Asana helps teams stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and you don't need to have training to use it since it is so intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to comment on someones direct comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management across different teams. Asana helps all departments stay on top of joint tasks.
Asana means Productivity and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a flexible and fast tool. it is also feature-rich. Its new timeline view makes it easier to manage dependencies. It is one of the best tools out there for project management. The Premium account includes everything in the free account and removes the limits on team sizes, dashboards, and search tools. Premium accounts come with a few additional perks, including Asana's Timeline feature, private teams and projects, custom fields, task dependencies, administrative controls, and priority support. Private projects are only accessible to invited members, while projects that are not private are accessible to everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not ideal for graphics-intensive work. It can not switch between Task and Kanban project views after creation. The inbox feature can be a little overwhelming if you are work with Asana just from its project boards and only checking it periodically. It would be great if it auto-cleared once a project/task is marked complete. Email notifications can get excessive. You have complete control over them but initially, they can be annoying until you set the frequency you want them. It would be better if this was set during the sign-up process. Notes, discussions, and attachments in subtasks sometimes go unnoticed if working from the main project board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a workflow management tool that you primarily use to manage tasks. It differs from traditional project management apps namely due to its lack of structure. Asana is like a deck of cards, whereas project management software is like a board game. Board games are designed to be played with a series of preset rules. It's unusual for players to stray too far from these set instructions, although everyone might agree to some modifications from time to time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana keeps you on track and helps you prioritize projects and to-dos. I like that you can see what you've previously worked on and accomplished. It's less appropriate for teams who are very active inside their email, like Outlook, and prefer to use the Tasks function already in their email software. Asana is rewarding to teams and helps projects be completed on time.
