Asana has transformed our team collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
In Asana being able to assign tasks quickly and easily, view a wide range of tasks, and add comments has been huge for our process toward improvement. Further, the ability to create teams and areas of focus helps to not clutter projects that are unrelated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be a bit tricky, even for tech savvy individuals. The software takes a bit of getting used to, especially if they have never used this style or type of software previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been awesome at providing solutions for our team. Previously our team struggled to collaborate and meet deadlines on important projects, but with Asana we have been able to solve these problems.
Great all-in-one project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Manage projects across the whole business easily and efficiently. Great for tech companies e.g. submitting tickets, bug fixes, requests, reviews, raising questions etc. Love the visual layout which makes everything clearer for everyone. Use it within the marketing team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of many but sometimes I'd use Trello for certain things like review sessions, because Asana isn't as good when it comes to the kanban feature. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, switching tools help us to stay organised in a way as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To achieve efficient project management, stay on track with progress and due dates. We used wrike before but it simply isn't as visual, Asana is great in that sense.

We have seen positive results since we started implementing this device. Nothing to hate about this tool.

This is the best tool you'll ever find because this is a product that we applied and saw a better result. Asana allows you to keep your business target oriented and collaborate with your project team more efficiently to achieve the day-to-day job well and to help grow your business. This is the perfect way to remain focused, connect and accomplish the mission effectively with your team members. So if you're tired of running your team hard, use Asana and see how strong your business is going to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to keep track of tasks in progress and set ahead in queue. Easy to assign sub tasks to other users and to report upwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s a little wonky with assigning/viewing with different filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management.

What do you like best about the product?
Really, Asana allows me to prioritize. The best things I like are being able to reorganize, create projects, create mini projects, create groups, and integrate with Instagantt
What do you dislike about the product?
Its inability to integrate with IFTTT. Otherwise, I like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritization has been the biggest thing that Asana has helped me solve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give yourself a couple months to get used to it. It will be worth it.
Great Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make edits in real time while someone else is making edits. This makes it much, much easier to keep track and make edits at the same time. It's streamline abilities are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a huge amount of email notifications from this service. It's overwhelming at times. Like a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's like a one place shop where all those on a team can view the same project, which allows everyone to be on the same page.

Easy & Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I toggle between the tasks list view and calendar view a lot. I also like the different board view options for different projects. Helps gather everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server goes down so it's always good to keep your email notifications on so you can still work on your projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less email. Conversations are by task and not all over the place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would try the free trial first look up their tutorial videos before going to premium to make sure you like the software.

So far, so good. I don’t have any complaints.

Very disorganized before Asana. It helps make things easier and relieves the anxiety I feel having tasks in multiple places.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great project management tool. In my opinion, Asana does not only used by project managers, but it can also easily be used on any waterfall structured company. What I like most about Asana is the ability to assign employees their roles within the tasks that you have created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage of Asana and many of its competitors is the lack of precise tine tracking features. It is hard to know who spent how much time and were tasks were delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that Asana is a great tool that facilitates the growth of productivity. I think that it also increases team morale.
