Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps my team organized. The platform is easy to use and is a great way for my team and I to share notes, updates, and other assets around specific projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Just like any tool or platform, it takes some time to get use to. Otherwise, Asana is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to operate more efficiently as a marketing team since using Asana.

When getting started, think about how you want to structure your projects within the platform. This will set guidelines for being consistent going forward.

Awesome collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like most in that tool we can easily assign the task to the team and can take the follow up by mentioning the name of respective person..
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything which I don't like this tool. It have all the capabilites to collaborate the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving the synchronisation problems with the help of Asana. There is no way to confusion we can easily update each and everything there in Asana commenting and assigning the task.

I strongly recommend to the person who is looking for the collaboration tool. This will be meets their expectations. It have all the features which we need for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to a specific person with a deadline as well as to assign followers who may need to contribute to the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email reminders can seem overwhelming but they do help keep tasks in the forefront. I don't like how marking a task complete does not auto-move it to our "Completed Tasks" column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to plan our giving day in which we get over 2,000 donors and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars. We can copy the project from year to year to help us remember even the tiniest of details. Yet, there is enough flexibility that we can edit the project to reflect the changing needs and team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small enough team, the free version is adequate. However, it looks like there are some great benefits to the paid version in addition to increasing the number of users.
Best application for task scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
We are using this application for years and the best feature in this application is we can easily make tasks for our mates and everyone can easily followup and discuss inside the task itself. It really helps for recordical purposes and helps us to be unconfused with the tasks

It would be better if Asana can also notify if the deadline marked in the task going to end.

It helped as to followup easily for a task and discuss within the task without a confusion.

The Asana is better for those who really handles tasks in their job purposes. It is a good platform for discussions too.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has allowed me to do my job a million times better. I honestly could not do my job without Asana. I am able to keep track of project statuses, deadlines of action items, and communicate all relevant project information to key stakeholders at the click of a mouse. Not only that, instead of having a million Post-It notes all over my desk reminding me of my to-do’s, Asana allows me to keep track of all of these right in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, with all tools, there is hesitation by others to jump onto the Asana bandwagon and begin to use the tool. However, that is not a knock against Asana. If I had to dislike one thing about Asana I would say it might be that printing of projects and their information could use some work. However, they are continually updating the tool and listening to user feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, project status and updates to stakeholders were difficult to do. Also, there was no way to in take projects or ideas. Through Asana I have created a form where users can submit project requests and/or ideas instead of previously doing it via email.

It is fairly priced and has all of the features. You need Asana in your life!

We started off with the free version, but had to upgrade in order to keep history records of items completed.

Start off with the free trial. Play around with the different settings and download the app on your phone.

Some times we finished a task and lost the track of what was the next step. With Asana we keep going without losing time thinking what to do next or where are we going.

If you’re looking for high-quality task management software, Asana should definitely be on your radar. It provides a simple way to track tasks within your team or company. It can also be useful for individual projects. It is pretty easy to use, and the learning curve is by no means steep. It can help with efficiency and productivity as it makes it clear of each task that is on each persons plate.

While Asana is excellent at task management, the software does not have a lot of features that are typically on project management software such as budgeting, timelines, dependencies, etc.
