Asana rocks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have boards or lists - user preference. Highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the good features are locked. We're a small company so I don't get to use some of the ones that I think would be good for us. NO DESKTOP APP!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BEST project MGMT tool. Trello is great for scrum/ agile/ kanban engineering. But with SO many details in event planning/ marketing/ campaigns etc. I find Asana has the customizability I'm looking for in my project mgmt has that Trello can't match. And for the engineers that want the ability to board- with Asana they can- everyone wins.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a lifesaver when it comes to managing my very busy, task-oriented day. Sometimes it is hard to set priorities, and Asana makes it easier to visualize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint I have is it is sometimes hard to drag timelines without it glitching and messing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting priorities for hundreds of tasks.

Great for calendar-based task reminders
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface. I always used the calendar interface to see this week's deadlines as well as view a glimpse of tasks further out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit too animated, but it keeps it interesting.

The ease of task organization in a UI that is a calendar

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share projects and statuses with all of the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is much more restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People receive a large amount of emails when you tag them in projects which is a struggle for people who prefer older styles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the apps sleek look and easy to navigate pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
My church is the media ministry used the app/website as a way to share media and have discussions; I didn’t really dislike anything about it we just switched to a different platform because we added more members and the other software is a bit easier to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We (as a group) were able to chat amongst ourselves about different software we were using such as pro presenter and it was a great app for small groups to have discussions as well as share media

It’s a great app and website to use whether you want to share media or just have discussions amongst your group

It's easy to customize your own tasks, set user roles, and adapt your project management strategy for your team.

Asana can get much more expensive as your team scales.

Asana is useful for big and small teams! It's a great way to communicate and keep all your projects on track. You can customize the look, feel, and organization of all your team members and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes the communication and planning that goes into projects significantly easier and less of a hassle. Everything can be organized, delegated, and kept track of all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much that I dislike about Asana. In my experience it's done nothing but helped us stay organized and on task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said above it helps us all stay on task, maintain and manage our upcoming deadlines and keep moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple people working on a project collaborate and you can easily see what has been done and what needs to be done.

We have remote employees in several different states and time zones, collaborating is a must!

If you have employees who work remotely, or large groups of people working on the same projects, this is exactly what you have been looking for!
Easy to organize, a life changer
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana both at work and for my personal projects. I like that in the free version you can choose to organize by list, board or calendar. Switching between the views is very helpful in scheduling a content calendar and managing my work/life balance. It also works great on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an actual kanban view. You can simulate kanban with the boards but it's not the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for collaboration and organizing deadlines, especially when others are involved. It helps me keep on track and plan out my entire week one day at a time.
Asana for the win!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can rely on a platform to properly sort and organize my responsibilities. Super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you cannot go back to see your completed tasks BY DATE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing right now. No problems to solve on my end.
