Asana I would highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the task function. I like that you can assign people to a task and put in a due date and a priority! We started using Asana about 4 months ago and it works well for our team. Each team member can put things on to discuss for our weekly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any big things that I dislike about it. The only thing is it can become too busy if you are in multiple teams. I also don’t like having an inbox as it’s just another thing to check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on task with our meetings and get a lot accomplished! It’s nice because if you have something that needs to be worked on you put it on as a task and your team members get notified.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great tool for assigning tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
it really is helpful in keeping track of all projects that myself and other team members are working on. deadlines and assigning individuals along with subtasks make it the most useful.

it is a very helpful tool if you are looking to stay organized within your company. With so many employees it is card to keep track of what everyone is working on and this is the perfect tool for yourself as well to stay on top of your work to meet deadlines.
Great project management tool with a lot of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts, they make my day so much easier! The extensions have also been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where certain features changed which impacted the management of my projects. But that is to be expected with an improving project management system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with Asana and everhour (app/extension) has been great and made me way more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program has been great for managing and implementing marketing campaigns. I would recommend this product to others.
Asana allows me to organize all my tasks as well as everyone else's tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it to keep track of everything. Everything has its own place, everyone has their own space, keeping track of everything has never been simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating, changing, and deleting tasks and subtasks could be easier. The creation of subtasks makes sense but the deadlines of the subtasks don't make that much sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been more organized than ever before. I am able to see everything at once and set up rules to allow me to work mor eproductively.

Asana is an amazing productivity software for companies to create, complete, and change tasks to better their business. With integration to multiple software outside of Asana, everything works together for your company.
Team Work makes the dream work!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can get notifications and communicate through Asana and keep up with tasks. I also like how you can open up multiple projects with to-do lists below each one and add people to multiple tasks. This is great for team projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you have to pay for additional collaborators. There should be a student price also for high school or college students. There are several group projects that this program would be great for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with multi-tasking and multiple projects, deadlines and staying organized.

There should be more package options or this should be free for educators and students.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best task management system that I have ever used. It is extremely user-friendly and balances my heavy schedule perfectly. I love how you can upload things into the portfolio as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the free plan option does not include a lot of features. I also dislike how customer support can be a bit tricky to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my time management and organization problems. This is a great way for me to lay out what I need to get done and view it in a timeline matter. I am far more productive at work. Super easy way to share documents too!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend Asana if you are someone that has a history of being unorganized or you have a lot of projects with a lot of deadlines. I have really increased my productivity and efficiency since using this product.

How it makes it easy to collaborate with people from outside of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sub-task feature is a rather hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current organization's IT team keeps on updating platforms that we decided to get an external one. It helps us remain organized despite platform migrations that happen quite often.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it can be used to organize all the work projects, you can track the projects you are currently working on to ensure they are being done correctly, and it also offers many tools such as a calendar or to-do lists to have reminders of future projects that need to be worked on. This way, work objectives are not lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about this software bothers me; it has been very useful for everyone at work and has helped us keep our projects organized in an excellent way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have completely solved the way we organize our project today, it is much more organized and much less complex thanks to how easy it is to use Asana. We can keep our projects organized excellently and track them as needed, as well as maintain reminders for the upcoming projects we need to work on.

I love how it works, I totally recommend it, very easy to use and no issues at any time, I recommend it without a doubt.

I dislike how long the comment threads get and that it is difficult to delete comments

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so user friendly and helps us keep our crap together! We are a busy office headed in 1000 directions and it has been great for keeping our tasks on track and meeting our goals as a team but also as individual teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to get everyone in our office to get their whole lives put into this.

We are solving the problems of having everyone going in a million different directions. We like to keep everyone contained and on the right track.
