Asana is a LIFESAVER
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has truly helped me get organized and stay on topic at work! The design and product features are top-notch, even at the free level. I really like the options to see your project in many different ways. For example, I often list out my tasks and then switch the view to the kanban board. The kanban board is perfect for dividing tasks into Do Now and Do later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is there doesn't seem to be a feature for setting a priority for tasks inside of a project. This would help me be able to evaluate more quickly what I need to get done first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I have improved my workflow and project management. Before I was constantly writing to-do lists in journals only to forget them or not remember what I had written down. I constantly bought new planners but could never commit to actually filling them out. Asana has changed all of this. Now I feel like I have my own personal assistant!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be really hard to find a project management software that checks off all the boxes for what you need. I have tried several and none of them have retained me as a user, except for Asana! If you ask me, Asana is the program to use. If you're not sure, sign up for the free version and test it out; I am sure you will love it as much as I do!

What do you like best about the product?
I love this system! It is very user friendly and I think that anyone could use it! I love that it is very easy to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about it. I think that is very integrated and helpful on all platforms that we implement it on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to be more organized myself and as a team. I think that it was a learning curve at first with a new system but overall it has been a great choice!

Asana helps me manage my tasks so that I can be better at time management and not forget to do anything for work.

There is a serious learning curve to starting Asana and it is a little difficult to get all team members on board because of it.

Asana helps me not forget any tasks.

Easy to use and to assign tasks to different people.

There is not much to dislike, but a better integration with slack would be nice.

Perfect for teams and delegating projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can sort into two kinds of projects: boards and lists. The visual difference is great for different kinds of projects.

I use the free version, so sometimes the ads are annoying. It's a very minor annoyance, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to dump ideas for future projects and create meeting agendas for management and other employees. We also use it to manage and assign tasks within specific projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a system to organize tasks within projects and sort tasks based on status (not started, working on, completed), Asana is a great tool. It is a great light alternative to more expensive competitors such as Monday.com and others. It has helped our company to become more organized, particularly with management.

Automatic save and notifications management which allows you to complete your task easily.

Asana's emails are completely useless due to information overload; the marketing hype that Asana replaces company email is false based on the poor implementation of Inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana seems to do everything right. And the fact that you can run an entire company off their free product is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the paid plans are really high, especially if you have a large team. There have been so many times that we have been tempted to upgrade because of a specific feature but it's just too much money for a couple of new features.

We manage everything from development, QA, and content planning in Asana.
