The best tool for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to work efficiently with the graphic design team, I know exactly what task they are doing and I can get involved in the process. I have personally tried other platforms before but none had achieved what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently it meets all the functionalities to optimize my work, I would not add anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to finish the graphic design work that the company requires in time, in the same way to the correct assignment of tasks among the team members. With Asana we achieve operational efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the most complete tool to manage small or large work teams, it is intuitive and has endless integrations with other platforms that complement it. I definitely recommend it, whatever activity you do in your company, it not only increases efficiency but also the organizational climate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different features and how groups and share tasks and then assign to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the free option doesn't allow some of the features for the purchased business feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the problems, I'm solving my disorganized projects and tasks. Now my tasks are much more organized. A benefit is the one system that communications to all teams on due dates, tasks and communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great feature, but make sure you know what the free version entails vs the paid business version before you make a purchase. There are some features, I've missed out on for not doing the paid version.
Asana Keeps it Together
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have all of the workflows in one area. Easy to keep track of what needs to be done and what is due next.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about Asana. I recommend this program to all of my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows with writing and posting are now so much easier to handle. Getting the right content up on the right website is so much easier and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create tasks, share documents and manage project efficiently with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing i dont like. Maybe adding a chat to communicate more easily with my coworkers.

Being able to prioritize my tasks and plan my days

The flexible organization and the ability to share / assign tasks to others.

I have not found anything that I particularly dislike.

Just keeping track of my to do list, and also monitoring tasks across teams. I've been much more organized and I have a nice history of tasks, too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use Asana to track personal as well as team tasks, and I'm able to easily update tasks and also see team updates for tasks, too.
Asana changed my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to keep track of not only my team but more importantly myself! It feels so good to check off tasks and to see my team do so as well, Milestones give an even nicer feeling knowing that a project is coming together is the greatest feeling. Milestone after milestone, Asana is my favorite management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Asana. It does everything I could hope for, I never have to worry about keeping track of my tasks and when I assign someone a task I know they can access it and comment on it to get the information they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has created a more user friendly space for myself and my team to organize and assign tasks and projects. Tasks are easy to assign and complete and the comment feature allows us to discuss the tasks and be sure we are all on the same page. We also use Asana to keep track of everyone's daily schedule, for example What did you get done yesterday, what is on your plate today, do you need help, etc...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Asana, it's a no brainer, seriously it has changed the way my team and I complete projects. Asana keeps us in order and makes us more productive and efficient with our time. I never have to think about what needs to be done, I just open up Asana and look at my tasks. Just use it trust me you'll love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Asana is a great tool for teachers and students, because it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the interface wasn't familiar at first, there's a lot of commands that can struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's slot easier the teacher-students communication, it allows you to clarify the assignments and receive them on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time reviewing, it's not that complicated when you are familiarized with the whole product and it can make you save money and effort.
Manage all your team work in one place with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana organizes everything from company objective to routine tasking in one place. You can easily asign work to team memebers using Asana. You can also mark it completed when the task is finished. This gives clear picture of the tasks completed and pending tasks. Thus you can monitor projects in real time and keep your project on track. You can easily say goodbye to endless email chains and last minute scrambles.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to upgrade if you want to get more of reporting analytics. Also the paid version is a bit expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to easily allocate work to my team members without any issues. It makes project management very easy. I can also track work progress with this tool.

This is a marvellous tool. It is better than anything available in town. It;s absolutely wonderful for software developers

I love the calendar view and being able to prioritize tasks and projects. I also love the app.

Not being able to drag and drop the order of tasks.

Time management, personal accountability, managing the project breakout more efficiently.
Best organizational tool!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Omg this thing changed how me and my coworker worked together. We have over 200 agents so when we sign them there is a checklist of things to do. The two of us were both doing the tasks, and needed a way to communicate together. Asana changed EVERYTHING!! You can make little lists of things to be done, and categorize them between teams/accounts so we could both work on it from different parts of the building. The notes section was super helpful too so if we were waiting on paperwork or something we could put that in there too.
What do you dislike about the product?
100% honest, it's all amazing. This program legitimately makes my life SO much easier lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote communications and organization. It makes it easier to let others know what I have and havent done, keep everything organized in different stages, assign tasks to people so I dont have to tell them. It's really awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You Can use it to organize just about anything. We use it for an on boarding process involving paperwork. But technically you could use it for anything at all including goals, cooking recipes, your schedule, really just about anything. It keeps you organized and gives you reminders which is super helpful
