I love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a great resource for me and my team in my work. I have several aspects to my job, which means that many things easily fall through the cracks, but Asana really helps me to stay on track with every project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free version, but I still really haven't found anything that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a simple and effective way to communicate with those I work with. Since most of my work is based on due dates, Asana has saved me many times from forgetting tasks in different projects.
Asana is equal to time organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a perfect structure, it is very user friendly and full of option. You can create task, sub-task and monitoring them with due time or project order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a lot of feature in Asana Premium, but The price is not affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time organization in the agency is now under control.

Asana is the perfect solution for a basic and simple organization of time for a team.

What do you like best about the product?
This simplified my life and saved me from the horrors of Excel spreadsheets. It's easy to set up projects, assign to team members, provide feedback, and track project status. It's a great way to see what tasks are coming due and to keep teams organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing for new team members. For example, I wish custom fields carried through to subtasks, since different parts of a parent task will go to different people. Finding some settings has been confusing as well since some of their help section seems to be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our company organized much easier than in the past
Asana makes project management easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize Asana to work for me, and see my progress on projects. I cannot imagine working without Asana now, it has become very important to me to stay organized and have access to my tasks and project planning. The custom fields and prioritizing are essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the print view doesn't work very well, it tends to duplicate tasks. Sometimes i need a printed version to look at, however, I understand that Asana is focused on digital.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to juggle multiple projects and track tasks easily with Asana. I can also lookup historical data very easily which is so useful. I really love creating task templates for jobs that happen on a recurring basis, so that I don't have to remember everything in my head, I can just duplicate the template and it is easy.

Check it out, it is totally worth it to try!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has time stamps and alerts you when team members make contributions to projects. It has really helped our business become more accountable for each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little negatives with using Asana, i wish that more features were free across the board would be the only comment.

None other than not everyone uses it to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is that it allows me to easily connect my equipment through different devices and have clear and secure communication. Thanks to this solution I can also break the communication barriers between the teams. As mentioned above without any complexity, this tool also has an extraordinary interface, which is easy to handle for any type of user without problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I have no complaints about this software, it is very easy to implement, fast and secure to share documents and track our project in a unique and simple way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a very useful tool in our organization, since I have easily organized all our information in an incredible way, and Asana allows me to do everything mentioned above with minimal effort.

This software is a must to schedule your work needs. Asana is creating and managing projects is very simple. Task management and timeline are fantastic application. Each task has so many powerful features and you can find to more than your efficiency. Asana is so much great just having to constantly ask everyone what they're working on. Asana is a great application for companies to stay organized. Asana is a great scheduling option for recurring tasks. Asana is really handy for routine processes with multiple steps. Asana is an easy grouping of tasks using sections and lags. Asana is one of the best tasks management another software. It also integrates fully with our time management application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is confusing and the list of tasks can be overwhelming. The application lacks a native global calendar view. That seems punitive when l only need to assign a task. It would show not completed but actually was. It doesn't clearly show which tasks belong to which projects. It's a little difficult to navigate when you're a beginner just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is amazing and we use it all the time. Asana application is very easy to collaborate across teams. Asana is a great application for tracking project. Asana application is simple for the entire team to use. It is a great application to manage a project and delegate tasks for the entire staff. Asana app in Projects is completed faster and better. We are currently only using the free version and easy to use public management application. Asana is great for working remotely as a team. All of our agency projects go through Asana.

The right organizational approach is difficult to anticipate. There are many press options that can be difficult to change. The biggest issue is working out how to use it for your business. It does not help me handle multiple projects at one time.

Amazing tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile Asana is and it's truly customizable to any type of business and any type of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with creating recurring tasks and accidentally deleting important tasks. Would be nice to have some type of 'lock' feature that prevents you from accidentally deleting important tasks or milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a project management tool right now to manage my multiple project timelines. It's also been a great day-to-day to do list to help me organize myself.
