What do you like best about the product?
It is a high quality program that offers me the possibility to manage my projects, its interface is very comfortable and intuitive and allows me to configure in different boards and cards all the tasks and programs that are being carried out, organize them by dates and visualize how they are developing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I do not like about Asana is that it takes a long time to load its interface, besides I do not find an adequate option to prioritize my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep organized with my team in terms of projects, I like to be able to add all the content, classify it in lists and boards and share them with my colleagues, add comments and this has helped me save a lot of my time in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because with Asana you can organize all the content you want, it is also adaptable to any work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is that it is totally cloud based and even can be accessed using mobile phones. Event the dashboard is fantastic which comes with all the needy features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the UI, which can be improved more.

Using Asana, we decide our task and team project and try to complete them in time in order to acheive success.

It's a great Swiss army knife tool that molds to how you need it.

My only dislike at this point is not having buy-in from my whole department so that we're all using it.

We are an internal creative department for a mid-size nonprofit. There are a ton of jobs, large and small, and the priorities shift often. Asana keeps us on track and in touch.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Asana for almost 2 years now. I could say that this is helpful to organize task, projects and personal agendas. Easy to use and very good in terms of quick collaboration.

There is no such thing as I don't like in Asana.

I realized that Asana gave us an ability to communicate to each other even without personal interaction.

Asana is INCREDIBLE for group project management. It allowance all parties involved to stay up to date with the project at hand and how various tasks are progressing. Streamlines communication, makes sure nothing falls through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a participatory tool, it allows you to document your results in a project, save notes, documents, privately and you can also share information with your colleagues, of course, depends on the needs. Asana helps you keep track of progress and have quick information, including notifications that I find excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not discovered any function that I dislike, is a friendly, adaptive and allows changes in colors or backgrounds, that way it helps to be more pleasant to work. Organize tasks and response time is very simple and fast, and the most important thing is that you learn to work with this tool quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to organize my work (documents), either to save my reports and my superiors so they can access it and make observations. It also allows me to visualize the tasks that my colleagues are doing and to be able to assign and supervise what they are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Asana for project management. We track our projects through the Kanban. Since everything is visual, it is easy to see what needs to be done and what stage a project is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks can get jumbled up when they grow to a sizable list. It can be daunting to look at. Asana could help by getting more scientific. Is there a maximum list of tasks that one person can get assigned before becoming overwhelmed and unproductive?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, task assignment, deadlines, accountability.

You can compare it to Jira, Trello, etc.

Helps the flow
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set cards and stages for an entire project. Within a card/ task its possible to create sub tasks that needs to be completed before completing the main task. This creates a much needed order to the work flow. Their app is very responsive and ensures that you get updates in a timely manner. I love the option of being able to just paste an image in the comments and even receive graphical feedback. All this lessens unnecessary foot traffic and noise in the workplace giving more time to completing the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly some features aren't obvious and takes some getting use to and research. The layout for the app is confusing in the beginning it would be nice to implement a card like visual to retain the card base user interface on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do 3D modeling and interior arrangement using 3ds max. It gave a greater level of order and progress tracking to my workflow especially since I have the tendency to roam all over different tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the complete tutorial for the platform to get the best out of it since all the features are not obvious. Use the mobile app to get a more immediate response when there is an update. If you are working with Images or in the graphics industry you can paste or just upload the image in the comments to your team or manager. You may also make good use of the snipping tool to provide graphical feedback.
