Asana is super supportive software for organization and true collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana in each project is available in all formats for all members of our group. Asana shows us better time management. This collaborative tool allows the user to transfer all kinds of file with the work team. Asana allows working in a more organized way. Asana is a great application to track working progress. They are interactive, attractive and offer a great solution to our doubts. This tool is very easy to use as the features are easily understandable. The system is very focused on getting the updates quickly to the other members of the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not recommend for sales related projects. We need to do be aware of the nature of project to proceed with it. The support is also not so fast in helping the solution of problems that occur. It also does not allow to control version of documents. Still there are some kind of confusion to navigate around.It is necessary to work with an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The function is completely reliable and good quality tool for project collaboration. Using Asana has been very simple. Asana is a powerful application to manage many projects and it brings workmates together and enhances the overall productivity of the projects. What do you like best about the product?
I love the comment features on Asana especially so you can communicate with other folks that you work with. I also love the assigning tasks function so you can seamlessly hand things off when you complete your portion of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there's much I dislike about it. I would like more of a calendar view perhaps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely saves us time on collaboration and meetings. Great for bringing new employees up to speed on the history of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best software and easy to use. The best feature of this software is that it has the ability to share tasks, deadlines, notes and projects with our team members. It is easy to organized and customizable software. This software provide a lot of insight in to use and customize the our organization. Asana is most beneficial software to small to medium size teams that the different geographical locations. Asana is very fast and reliable software. This software is very easy to use for tasks management system and that’s great for development. Hence, we use a spreadsheet to plan because it’s very simple and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage of this software is that it has a little bit of a learning curve. Asana has a outstanding feature but there are some feature should be more enhanced hence, it is not suitable for big size marketing companies. Sometimes for the beginners faced a lot of problem to find a specific features of this software such as the dashboard and communication tool. Moreover, this software does not have the ability to chat and messages instantly.

Asana is very fast and most reliable software. this software is very easy to use and customizable software. It’s all features are outstanding and it is the best for management purposes. I would recommended this software because it is very simple and reliable software.
Great project and task management system with a sleek design
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Asana is to use and that it can handle larger project needs to keep everyone on track. The dependent on feature is really handy so that you know what to wait for before you start your end of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike. I use it almost every day and I can't imagine my workday without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, task notes, project timelines, calendar scheduling, team organizing. The benefits that I realized was how easy it was to keep myself on track when I write everything down into my tasks list after a meeting. It has really helped me stay on top of follow ups and deadlines.

Asana offers several ways to view the tasks that you add your project. It has limited options for the use this software because it's all features are outstanding and difficult, so everyone cannot use this feature and they choice another software as compared to the Asana. This is very expensive and most of the companies cannot use this software because it's price. But to conclude that this is a best software for project management and a reliable software.

This software is very easy to use, and it is best software for project management. It provides the best service of the costumer and useful for our business. I personally use this software because it's all features and functions are very outstanding and easy to use. It is very intuitive software and I always recommended to everyone to use this software because it is very friendly and efficient software.
Very Useful PM Tool for Teams or Solo
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create dependencies within the format of your project management. At my previous company, it allowed us to stay on track across the entire team (with auto-notifications that kick off new tasks once others are complete) and it also created visibility across the team. It held us accountable to tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get started. It requires a lot of previous knowledge (imo) about PM tools in order to optimize how you particularly use Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility is a KEY reason why it has been beneficial. It allows us to see who is responsible for what and where. It has established easy benchmarks for the team, and has held us accountable to specific deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a comparable price to other PM tools...but has much more extensive opportunities to optimize your project management. I'd recommend creating a few standard templates and iterating off that, based on what you find useful in your own project flow.
Best for Creative Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
That you can add a list of tasks, assign them and add subtasks to the tasks with specific deadlines to each of them, so you are controlling every step on the way of your big task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not being able to customize your notifications. Like just getting specific notifications on each of the subtasks, but also sometimes I feel is not that necessary because the way Asana displays all the projects and tasks, let me follow easily all of the assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving lots of emails and email threads that sometimes don't make sense, especially when talking and assigning tasks to several numbers of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really easy to learn to use Asana, it just takes a little time and then you will be in love with it.

We use Asana for weekly task planning and it has pretty good user interfaces compared with other tools like Trello -- it also has a great desktop client which helps us a lot.

Sometimes the website got down which can be annoying.
