Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of communicating with project members
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to request certain custom features, like changes to certain projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the way to communicate with project members
Asana is wonderful for organization and keeping up with tasks at work
What do you like best about the product?
It creates tasks and sends reminders when someone creates a task for you. You can comment on task as well and upload files form google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sends a lot of emails and reminders to you.

Keeping up with tasks from employer.
Easy to use, keeps my projects organized and stress-free
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Asana is, it’s easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep track of team progress. The layout makes it simple to collaborate without getting overwhelmed. I also appreciate the mobile app when I’m on the go. It really helps me stay on top of work without feeling scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a little overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple projects at once. I wish there were more advanced customization options to control what types of updates I get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized and avoid missing deadlines, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects. It’s solved the issue of having information scattered across emails, sticky notes, and random docs. Now everything is in one place, and I can track progress, communicate with my team, and manage tasks efficiently. It’s definitely reduced stress and made my workflow smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping everything organized, tasks, categories, adding team members, integration with Ai, integration with Fireflies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much one of my most used systems.

Keeping the team on same page with Tasks.
The calendar view is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer managing a calendar is super easy with Asana. We maintain different projects for each client, and easily coordinate between our marketing & design teams. We use Asana every day for our social media marketing & overall project management and have easily integrated into our SOPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can add more features like auto-fill text when creating new tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage multiple projects within a single product where all the teams can collaborate easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration amongst the team, notifications to keep the team on track of assignments, and the dashboard view that allows me to see if the team is overloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides but if I had to pick something I'd say having to purchase seats to be able to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and project management - the tool is keeping us on track to exceed our goals for the organization.
The best, project management site there is.
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to add new tasks, assign with colleagues, and even add descriptions makes it the best. I always like how Asana reminds me of upcoming due dates and such to efficiently manage my time.

As of the moment, I think Asana is more on the very formal side. Plain.

No more manual checking of projects and tasks! Asana has got everything you need to know in one page.
Great Project & Task Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use for pro level and new users. It allows us to easily check-in on team members and project statues. It lets us integrate with our Microsoft 365 apps easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I love using Asana, the biggest downside for me is the minimum users for the paid plans. We use the business level at work, but to use that level for my freelance and personal tasks it requires a minimum of two seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page for upcoming projects and being able to see if there's the potential for delays.
Couldn't Live Without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Asana. Additionally, it's so easy to implement with new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integration options and more training offered.

Keeping track all all the tasks associate with a variety of Marketing projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me stay organized and on top of my deliverables.

It can be time consuming to manage but overall it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use asana to stay on top of our projects and task list. It helps us stay organized and I personally use it heavily to ensure that I meet my deliverables.
