Easy to use as a freelancer with multiple clients

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana with multiple clients for over 11 years now. I've always been impressed with how much different clients are able to customize their project spaces based on their workflows, needs, and internal processes. I also use Asana to track my own projects, and enjoy it for the same reason. It really does streamline communication and project management, and it's exceptionally easy to use and learn. I strongly prefer it over platforms like ClickUp, which can feel unnecessarily complicated and seems to have some access issues from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I personally dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects across their lifespan and collaborating effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana every day. It is easy to create tasks and organize them by project or department. There are multiple ways to view tasks depending on what works for the individual or group. You can do SO MUCH in the free version. I love being able to make updates from my computer or the app on my phone. It's also helpful to be able to have one task in more than one project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the logic, but sometimes I wish I could assign tasks to more than one individual so that it would show up in "my tasks" for each person collaborating on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of almost all the different aspects of my business in one place. Anytime I think of something that needs to be done, I can just add it to Asana so I don't forget or I can assign it to someone else. Having these tasks organized by project/department is so helpful.

It couldn't get better for assigning tasks

What do you like best about the product?
As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, managing multiple seller accounts, timelines, and priorities is part of my everyday workflow. What I love about Asana is how effortlessly it adapts to this dynamic environment. From breaking down complex seller issues into manageable action items to tracking deadlines and collaborating across internal teams, Asana makes it easy to stay organized and efficient. Its customizable workflows mean I can tailor each project to match specific seller needs without forcing a one-size-fits-all process. Plus, seamless integrations with other tools ensure that I'm always working within a connected system—saving time and driving better results for the sellers I support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana has been a valuable tool in managing my projects as a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, there are a few limitations I've encountered. For new users or smaller support teams, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially when juggling complex projects with multiple collaborators. Although the interface is clean, there's a lot happening at once, which can take time to get used to. Some of the more advanced features like timeline views, goals, and automation rules are only available through premium plans, which can be restrictive for lean teams. Additionally, the absence of built-in time tracking and the inability to assign tasks to more than one person can limit flexibility when coordinating across different stakeholders or workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
> As a Seller Success Specialist at Amazon, I manage a diverse portfolio of seller accounts, campaigns, and collaborative projects across multiple internal teams. Asana has become an invaluable asset by offering a centralized workspace where I can easily track progress and streamline collaboration. Whether it's onboarding new sellers, handling escalations, or working closely with marketing and compliance, Asana allows me to convert complex responsibilities into clearly assigned tasks with defined deadlines, helping minimize back-and-forth and ensuring consistent follow-through.
>
> What stands out most is the visibility it offers—I can instantly gauge where each seller is in their journey, identify blockers, and prioritize actions accordingly. It's also improved communication across distributed teams, making coordination easier regardless of location or time zone. Ultimately, Asana has brought structure and clarity to my workflow, leading to greater efficiency and, most importantly, enhanced seller satisfaction and success.

Thanks to ASANA- Helped me to Manage critical Strategic Projects

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is deeply involved in driving strategic projects at BCH Electric, I have found that ASANA has truly transformed the way I work.

What I appreciate most is the AI-powered efficiency. The smart suggestions and task automation features save me hours every week, making it feel as though I have a digital co-pilot anticipating my next move. The structured documentation is another standout aspect—every project, task, and conversation is organized in one place, eliminating the need to chase updates across emails or chats. Everything is easy to find and track.

Managing workflows is also straightforward, especially with the ability to create custom rules. ASANA brings clarity and fosters collaboration, ensuring that cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder timelines are visible so every contributor remains aligned and accountable. The customer support is excellent, with ASANA partners always ready to help. Using the tool daily has made my entire workflow much smoother. Integration and implementation are consistently quick and easy as well.

For anyone managing multiple projects, deadlines, or teams, I highly recommend incorporating ASANA into your workflow. It’s more than just a tracker—it’s a true strategic enabler.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few challenges still impact the overall experience. The frequent need to create customized projects, particularly when uploading large amounts of data through files, can become quite tedious. Additionally, the rules and filters available often do not adequately support complex workflows or the specific needs of different teams. Handling bulk data is also less seamless than expected and does not offer the flexibility required for enterprise-level operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI-powered efficiency of this tool is impressive—the smart suggestions and task automation features genuinely save me hours each week. I also appreciate the structured documentation, as every project, task, and conversation is organized in one place, making it easy to find and reference anything I need. When it comes to clarity and collaboration, ASANA excels by keeping everyone aligned and accountable, whether it's managing cross-functional dependencies or tracking stakeholder timelines.
