Helps me organise and visualise my work
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Asana is how intuitive and clean-looking it is. It also has just all the functionality one would need, such as tabs for projects, collaboration, convenient formatting...
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Asana is how easy it is to accidentally mark a task complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organised and see all the tasks clearly, not being lost in the mess.
Easy to use and comprehensive planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options to personalise and structure projects and to do lists, both for personal and collaborative work. I use it very often for my personal work tasks and also to work on projects in the wider team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take some time getting used to it but for a detailed platform like this, it is probably inevitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where projects are in terms of deadlines and who is involved in projects.
Asana for Gantt Chart
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look of the Gantt Chart, which is easy to follow, with color options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listing doesn't arrange itself with dates but has to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making the tracking of projects and campaigns easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to Jira, Asana is very intuitive and more easy to use. As a decade long Jira user and admin, the transition to Asana is very fluid. have not even gone through any documentation before moving over to Asana. started exploring it out of curiosity and loved it so much that I stuck around, turned around my team also to start using it for it's simplicity and ease of use

Its flexibility to adapt to organizations of all sizes, and how user-friendly is.

At times can be time-consuming when setting up details on tasks that will be completed once.

Asana has helped organize my work better and provided visuals for timelines that takes the stress off of me.

There’s not much I dislike asana. I do wish it was more compatible with Google suite. But still a great program for organizing your work.

It’s super easy to create tasks and subtasks so it keeps me on track with everything I need to get done. I also love being able to see an overview of how many tasks I’ve completed throughout the year.

There’s not much to dislike, honestly! If I had to mention one thing, it would be that under “Projects,” the sort/filter settings don’t stay locked in like they do under “My Tasks.” It would be great if those settings could be saved automatically unless manually changed, just to streamline the workflow even more.

Asana helps me avoid overwhelm by turning all my ideas, tasks, and to-dos into structured, manageable lists. It solves the problem of juggling multiple responsibilities by giving me a clear overview of priorities, deadlines, and progress. That clarity helps me stay focused, meet deadlines, and feel accomplished at the end of each day. It’s like having a personal assistant that keeps everything on track.

Being able to keep projects on track and ensuring that things get done since this is a task based system with 1 responsible owner for each task.

There are some limitations but that comes with all software programs.
