Easy Meeting Joins with Smooth Calls, Clear Audio/Video, and Simple Screen Sharing

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to join meetings and start calls without any complicated setup. Screen sharing and chat make discussions simple, and the audio/video quality is usually clear, which makes online sessions smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version imposes time limits on meetings, which can cut longer sessions short and disrupt the flow. Also, I can’t open Zoom meetings directly from the browser anymore; I have to download the Zoom app instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me join online meetings and discussions from anywhere, making communication easier when meeting in person isn’t possible. This saves time and keeps coordination smooth.

Effortless Meetings with Stellar Recording

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for video calls, interviews, and internal team meetings. I find it easy to use, even for newbies, which is great. The recording feature is the best part for me because it solves the problem of recalling meetings and sharing them with those who miss them. It’s also very light software, so it loads quickly and doesn’t consume much RAM. I like that it’s available in both desktop and website modes. I find Zoom much easier than Google Meet, especially explaining it to clients. The initial setup was very easy, whether I was using the web view or installing the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace's recording feature helps recall missed meeting points and share with absent members. Its ease and lightness make it quick to load on small laptops, saving time and effort, unlike heavier software without recording.

User-Friendly, Versatile, and Accessible on Browser & App

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly and offers both browser and app access, which Google Meet doesn’t have. The extensions are also pretty useful, and overall it’s versatile and used by almost everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a few minor bug fixes, especially around common issues with logging in and connecting meeting audio and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to connect with clients and friends easily.

Accessible and Feature-Rich for County Coordination

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its easy features when I'm a presenter. The different options available for the audience's abilities and accessibility are really helpful. It's also an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations when working county-wide. I found the initial setup very simple and to the point, and it was easy to speak to our HR about the setup process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say figuring out a way to make a simplified version for young users like children. Simplifying what their abilities are when they log into a child-friendly account, because I used to be a preschool teacher, and the amount of times kids were able to mute themselves or things like that got ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations county-wide, with easy features for presenters and options catering to the audience's abilities and accessibility.

Seamless, Reliable Meetings in a Clean All-in-One Collaboration Hub

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how seamless it feels to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring out where things are. Meetings start quickly, and the video/audio quality is consistently reliable. I also love that it’s not just about meetings anymore—features like Team Chat, Whiteboard, and integrations with other tools make it feel like a complete collaboration hub rather than just a video call app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to discover everything and figure out what’s most useful for your workflow. Also, while Zoom has improved a lot with hybrid work tools, switching between devices (like laptop to mobile) could be smoother
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the challenge of staying connected with colleagues and collaborators across different locations. Instead of juggling multiple apps for chat, meetings, and brainstorming, Zoom Workplace brings them together in one place. That reduces friction and makes teamwork more natural, even when people are remote.

Sometimes it lags—not all the time, but it does happen when everyone is on camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication flows through all departments, so there are no problems with communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic note-taking with a calendar function to schedule meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s difficult to invite people outside my workspace using the Zoom scheduler. It would be much better if it also sent an email with the meeting notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Zoom for Client Meetings, Office Hours, and Webinars

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very versatile tool that helps my team attend client meeting, internal meeting, office hours and webinars
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing policy could be better. The UI to share the recording as well as replay needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the most reliable and stable video conferencing tool I’ve used, especially when you’re juggling customer calls across different regions, networks, and time zones. The audio/video quality holds up well, screensharing is smooth.

It also makes customer engagement easier - quick scheduling, simple joining links, and features like chat, recording, and screen control help us run more structured and productive calls.

The AI summary feature is a huge win. It captures the key discussion points, decisions, action items, and next steps so we don’t lose context once the call ends. That makes follow-ups faster and cleaner, and it’s especially useful for sharing learnings with people who couldn’t attend - internal partners, leadership, or team members in different shifts.
