Effortless Connectivity, Highly Recommended

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace primarily for making Zoom calls outside my company, and I really like how it helps connect with people outside of my company. The ease of using Zoom Workplace is something I appreciate, as it's easy to use, easy to log on, and makes it simple for people to see each other, connect, and chat to keep the dialogue going. The initial setup was also easy, which adds to its overall convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - everything is great love this program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me connect easily with people outside my company. It's simple to use, log on, and facilitates seeing people, connecting, chatting, and keeping dialogue.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its reliability and simplicity, which makes it stand out for me. The screen sharing feature is definitely a highlight as it allows me to easily walk students through lesson materials and correct mistakes in real time. Setting up Zoom Workplace was really easy, practical, and beginner-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan limitations, since the time restriction on meetings can indeed be a bit disruptive.

I use Zoom Workplace to consistently deliver high-quality sessions to colleagues worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
First, the calls are very smooth despite internet fluctuations, always remaining stable with a clear image. There are multiple options when it comes to holding a meeting, scheduling times, the number of people who can be online in a single room, and managing the people online quickly and intuitively.

It has integrations that help maximize performance. The price covers exactly what it offers and even a bit more. In case of a failure, support is there for you, very friendly and with optimal solutions, and now being able to use artificial intelligence helps to create and implement everything faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, the not-so-optimal thing about Zoom was that it didn't have a notepad, but it has already been integrated in the latest updates. I would say it is now a great program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve my online meetings in a great way, and it stands out from the others for its fluidity.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom workplace to communicate with our branches down in Phoenix. It makes getting in touch with everyone really easy and to be able to seamlessly switch between my phone and computer makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my video cuts out
But I’m pretty sure that’s a hardware requirement and not a Zoom issue

Trying to get in contact with multiple people always is difficult but having everybody able to meet up in one spot, makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and webinars. I like hosting meetings, adding people, and having my professional login with photo and details. I also appreciate the AI capabilities when hosting, especially for notetaking and transcripts. The captions are useful too. The initial setup was easy breezy, and it always works for everyone across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the info in the chat was also captured and summarized by AI. AI captures the video and discussion but the chat is often left out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is the industry standard for online meetings; it always works worldwide. I love hosting meetings, adding people, and the AI notetaking and transcripts, along with captions.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage is its simplicity and reliability. Joining meetings is quick, the interface is easy to understand, and even on slower internet connections it performs fairly well. That matters a lot for remote work where consistency is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is that it can feel overwhelming at times. Since it combines meetings, chat, whiteboards, and more, the interface can become cluttered—especially for new users who only need basic features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You save time and avoid confusion since everything (meetings, chat, tasks) is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace makes it easier to attend online English lessons. I really appreciate the ability to access it from anywhere on a mobile phone, laptop, or PC. I don't waste time trying to figure out where to log in from, which is really helpful. The variety of tools and options for screen sharing is another aspect I appreciate. Setting it up was quite easy; I just downloaded it, created an account, signed in, and that was it. Overall, I would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to others.

Zoom Workplace makes it easier to attend English lessons and access it from anywhere—mobile phone, laptop, or PC. I don't waste time finding how to log in. It offers more tools and options for screen sharing than Skype.
