Effortless and Reliable with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Always works, simple to use interface, and everyone knows how to use it.

I think the cost is limiting for many personal users.

Zoom Workplace helps to have collaboration within the team I work with no matter where we are based.

Limited meeting time on free version creates inefficiency when running meetings that exceed thirty minutes

Allow users from all areas meet and troubleshoot with use of screen share, and interactive whiteboard
All-in-One Portal Makes Meetings Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes meetings, editing meetings, webinars, and polls so seamless. I love that you can access it all in one portal, and it makes navigating all of Zoom's features easy and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like Zoom Workplace can feel a little overwhelming because there is a lot going on. Maybe if there was a way to customize the space to only show the areas that we use?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace provides our team with a single place/portal for our internal and external business meetings. It makes collaborating with our fully remote team a breeze when it comes to meetings.
Standard Office Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been not only convenient but almost "life-saving"! It's easy to send the invitations (use the add-on tool) and connect to meetings reliably not only by the host but all participants. For additional security, you can add a passcode and/or admit users to the meeting. The sharing setting is great (flip the switch so you don't always have to permit participants each time to share documents, especially when you're collaborating in a group, plus you can save the chat and record the meetings as needed. Zoom is the one tool, I do not have to worry about joining 15 minutes early to allow for "hiccups" with downloading the software each time my system has an update which has caused me to be late in joining other web meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am thinking hard about this one as there isn't a downfall. Maybe please don't raise the subscription price?! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps with collaboration and is most useful for networking and client meetings. It’s also easy and intuitive to use for participants, eliminating the need to work with a participant on the steps for connecting to a meeting. Great for sharing documents and walking through presentations.
Easiest Meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to connect with people—meetings start quickly, everything’s in one place, and it just works without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, and too many notifications or features can be distracting when I just want to focus on a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep communication in one place, so I spend less time switching apps and can get things done faster.
Seamless Connectivity and Outstanding Audio-Video Quality
What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity is seamless, and the GUI options are excellent. The audio and video quality are both outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could benefit from further refinement to make it more user-friendly. Additionally, the background options could be improved, and I find the webinar features somewhat complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective communication with business clients and the availability of learning sessions make it possible for us to conduct our discussions virtually. This approach allows us to save significant costs by avoiding travel and logistics, and it is also highly flexible for working across multiple geographies.
Reliable Platform for Meetings and Training
What do you like best about the product?
This is a useful and dependable place for attending meetings and participating in training classes.

I have no complaints about Zoom; it has consistently proven to be reliable for me.

Nowadays it is important to have virtual workplaces for both meeting and trainings.
Outstanding Audio, Visuals, and Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
the quality of voice and figure is great. sharing documents on screen. dividing attendees on groups (randomly or selectively). changing the background without any green bckground.
What do you dislike about the product?
loggin sometimes bothers and I don't understand why/ Usually when I click the link to join sometimes goes to the browser and sometimes to the app. It might be me not understanding how it works, but I have seen some attenders having problems to loggin

bringing people who are far together, even when they drive on their phone or from their computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to contact my team very quickly either through the chat feature or calling. Also, very easy to schedule calls and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Zoom Workplace.

Delays in getting in touch with my team members.

It allows large number for participents to join with clear voice and video conference.

Some times while sharing screen the page get stucked.
