Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has proven to be both user-friendly and efficient when it comes to managing all of my meeting schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I can tell, Zoom doesn't have any drawbacks.

Streamlining our office communication has made it easier to connect with colleagues, even those located in different parts of the world.
Makes Online Teaching Effortless and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I can teach my students easily through this app during online mode due poor aqi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has recently changed its setting to lower hands to clear all feeebacks, which I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to teach my kids during online mode due to poor AQI, it's not affecting my teaching time, also due to its sharing features and allowing up to 100 participants at once I am able to teach lot of students have wonderful interactions together also share screen at once for all.

This platform serves as a central hub where we seamlessly bring together all our meetings and discussions, which is especially valuable in this new era of working from home. It allows us to interact with colleagues and customers on a daily basis, making communication both easy and effective. The suite of features is robust, helping us ensure that operations run smoothly and that everyone stays informed.

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about it. It is simply amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace because it is seemless flow between chat, meetings and calls, meeting reliability and simplicity and it has strong async+sync balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things which I dislike about Zoom Workplace which is sprawl feature plus team chat isn't as intuitive as best-in-class chat tool.
The settings and control are fragmented and AI features lacks transparency sometimes.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of fragmented work by bringing meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration tools into a single, reliable platform, reducing the need to constantly switch between apps and lose context.
Simplicity and Reliability at Their Best
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and reliability - the recordings are on point, the workspace is easy to use and I am easily able to access recordings I create for my clients outside of meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are late to a meeting, the auto-record does not kick in, but acts as if it does, then you don't have the recording at the end of the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost of having to have another AI recorder for meeting notes/transcription. It helps me with my day-to-day routine and delivers me simple links to connect to meetings.

The best part about Zoom is how simple and reliable it is. Meetings start quickly, audio and video quality are consistently good, and features like screen sharing, chat, and recording are easy to use even for non-technical users. It works well across devices, which makes collaboration smooth.

Sometimes the desktop app feels a bit heavy and consumes more system resources than expected. Also, certain useful features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Occasional updates can be disruptive if they happen right before a meeting.

Zoom helps us avoid delays and miscommunication when working with remote teams or external clients. It makes scheduling and joining meetings quick, reduces back-and-forth emails, and keeps discussions clear with video and screen sharing. Overall, it saves time and helps us make decisions faster without needing everyone in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to integrate with my Outlook and Calendly for scheduling meetings. I also appreciate the AI companion for meeting summaries, as it saves me a lot of time.

Zoom Workplace can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to use. Additionally, certain advanced features are only available with higher-tier plans.

This integration makes managing a busy calendar much more efficient.

I like how Zoom Workplace seamlessly integrates video calls, messaging, and collaboration tools all in one platform. It’s great for remote teams because you can easily switch between meetings, chats, and shared files.

I love how easy Zoom Workplace is to use, even for those who are unfamiliar with videoconferencing.

Zoom is user friendly but it can be a bit challenging to see all of the sharing options that are visible to users.

Zoom is such popular platform and most people have used it, so it makes it easy for us to quickly pivot to this platform when/if necessary and have reassurance that most users know how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zoom for its ease of use, reliable video/audio, screen sharing, and breakout rooms. The chat and recording features make collaboration simple, and it works well across devices—great for staying connected and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often dislike Zoom for “Zoom fatigue” after long meetings, occasional connectivity or audio issues, and the feeling that it can be impersonal compared to in-person interactions. One thing I personally enjoyed was the regularly updated virtual backgrounds—they made meetings fun and engaging. It would be great to see new backgrounds updated seasonally or for holidays to keep that sense of celebration and variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has really helped me stay connected and productive. Meetings are easy to join, screen sharing works seamlessly, and I love the collaboration features like breakout rooms and chat. Recording meetings is a lifesaver, and it all integrates well with my other work tools. It makes remote work much easier and more efficient.
