What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to see the person I'm speaking with, as it helps us engage more deeply in our meetings and better understand one another.

What I value most about Zoom Workplace is its user-friendly design. As a student, I find several features especially helpful, like the ability to send chat messages during meetings and the background changer, which provides a wide selection of backgrounds. This is particularly useful for those who may not be in the best environment for a meeting or interview, as it allows them to participate comfortably. The interface is thoughtfully designed, and I consider the recorded lectures and screen sharing to be some of its standout features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the app is generally reliable, I have noticed significant lag, freezing, and rapid battery drain when using it on my older laptop or mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has genuinely been a lifesaver for me. As a student, I frequently have to attend different meetings and interviews, along with participating in video conferences for my college projects. I always opt for Zoom Workplace because its screen sharing feature works seamlessly whenever I need to present. Moreover, if someone wants to contribute during a meeting, they can easily use the emoji reactions, such as the 'raise hand' option provided by Zoom, which I find very helpful. It also allows me to skip some meetings and still get a summary of what was discussed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom Workplace for calls and video meetings. It allows me to work seamlessly and navigate through calls better. I also like how easy it is to schedule meetings. The navigation is simple, making it easy to move around efficiently. There are little to no kinks, and I find the sound and visual quality phenomenal. The initial setup was very easy, and the transition was flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it works well for the most part but it would be nice to be able to save names of patients.

Zoom Workplace allows me to work seamlessly, navigate calls better, schedule meetings easily, and enjoy superior sound and visual quality.

I like how it is built in to one device elimination the need for a work phone, home phone & cell phone Also like the extensions and name option as well as whiteboard functions.

I do not like the lack of different backgrounds on Zoom video functions.

It is keeping all my voicemails and missed calls in one place also showing who is answering calls at any time

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly for remote meetings, team communication, and live calls. It's my go-to for video conferencing and collaborating with teammates in real time, especially when working remotely. It's reliable and easy to use, delivering consistent audio and video quality even on weaker Internet connections. I really like how reliable the video and audio are, even on slower connections. Features like screen sharing and meeting recording work especially well and make collaboration much smoother. Screen sharing makes it easier to walk teammates through documents or presentations in real time, reducing confusion. Meeting recording is great for reviewing discussions later or sharing with team members who couldn't attend, ensuring nothing important gets missed. The setup was straightforward, and most features were intuitive to navigate right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can feel a bit heavy on older devices, and some settings are buried in menus. There are occasional audio issues with certain headsets. Some audio and microphone settings are buried in sub menus, making it tricky to quickly adjust input/output devices during a call. It would help if Zoom Workplace offered a more accessible audio panel or a quick device switch option.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace to hold meetings on the spot and seamlessly with business partners in other locations. It helps alleviate the stress and time-consuming aspects of getting everyone together despite different schedules. I really like that Zoom Workplace feels more like a private chat community for everyone in my company, so there's no need to send accept links and invites once you're part of the company; you are there to stay. When there's a meeting, you're sent an email or a private message, and you're there, voila. It's private, secure, saves time, and is very easy to use without a lot of malfunctions and no training needed. We never have issues; everyone is always present, and no one seems to have problems attending meetings. I would definitely rate it a 10 and already recommend it all the time.

I Don't like that previous employees still have access unless admin is taking them out I feel like there should be an easier way for general office managers or employees to be able to do that seamlessly effortlessly and quickly upon exiting or completing employment
