What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy it is to use, even for long or back-to-back meetings. The audio and video quality stay consistent, and features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, and recording are well integrated without feeling overwhelming. It works smoothly across devices and doesn’t require a steep learning curve, which makes collaboration fast and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom Workplace is that some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for individuals or small teams. The desktop app can also feel a bit heavy at times, especially on older systems, and long sessions may occasionally impact performance. Additionally, managing notifications across meetings, chat, and email can sometimes feel cluttered.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication and fragmented collaboration by bringing meetings, chat, screen sharing, and recordings into one reliable platform. It reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and makes it easier to connect with teams, clients, or learners from anywhere. For me, this means smoother collaboration, fewer technical interruptions, and more productive meetings overall.

I like Zoom Workplace for its easy setup and scheduling features. It helps in quick connecting, even for adhoc meetings, and mostly works well with no lags in audio or video.
What do you dislike about the product?
For setting meetings with people in different time zones, it would be great if it could help by showing another time zone apart from the default one for scheduling meetings.

Zoom Workplace streamlines scheduling future meetings and ensures everyone is on the call simultaneously. The easy setup and scheduling features simplify quick connections for adhoc meetings, with reliable audio and video quality.

Maeking plans and scheduling in Zoom is my go to place.

Ease of scheduling a call, recording calls, screen sharing, and also the best feature giving access to other to use my screen.

The main problem it is solving is the communication gap between the remote employees. And getting the meeting notes in the end using the AI.

I like Zoom Workplace because it fits naturally into my daily routine. I use it for online patient follow-ups, team discussions, and also while teaching medical students. Joining meetings is quick and hassle-free, even for patients who are not very tech-savvy. Video and audio quality are reliable, and screen sharing really helps when I explain reports, presentations, or case studies. I don’t have to spend time setting things up it just works when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
During long meetings, Zoom can feel a bit heavy on the system, especially on older laptops. Sometimes updates pop up at inconvenient times. Also, a few advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not be ideal for individual users or small clinics.

Zoom Workplace helps me manage communication without being limited by location. It allows me to connect with patients, students, and collaborators from one place. I can teach medical students online, review cases with my team, and handle content-related meetings without travel or delays. This saves time, keeps my schedule flexible, and helps me balance clinical work, content creation, and teaching more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient for a teach to do a meeting and productive interview. It's also connected with google calendar reminders, great! A lot of amazing backgrounds , and break out room feature is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be helpful if there is ai note talker available to use during any meeting

Longer time free meeting is beneficial

I appreciate being able to sync both my calendar and contacts, which makes it easy to manage all my meetings and receive helpful summaries. I also enjoy the AI features, and I like that I can make phone calls with a well-organized call history.

At the moment, I can't think of any drawbacks, as Zoom has proven to be an excellent tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a video conferencing tool that everyone is familiar with and is important when we can't meet in person for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to keep the version up to date or you may not be able to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have staff in various locations and Zoom allows us to meet regardless of where we are. We are able to be productive without having to drive into the office.
