Great platform for business meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to set up. Like the ease of setting up events and sending them out to internal and external attendees. Very little streaming issues and compatible with recording software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see if there could be a function to present to others while seeing presentation mode on the presenter's individual screen. There are ways to do this but not easily. Would like call to function where user doesn't need to dial in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to connect easily with others when not able to do this in person via video stream. Able to broadcast meetings and seminars without having all attendees in person.
Easy to use video platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was vital for us when we went remote during covid. It made connecting with colleagues easy, and was extremely simple to use - we had people of all generations quickly able to learn the software and be able to launch it. We are two years post covid and we hold Zoom meetings in our firm almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ability to have "auto admit" and "let people join any time" was default and not something we have to check the box for. The hosts of the zoom don't always join the meetings, and sometimes it creates a headache if we are holding one after hours and someone accidentally gate keeps the zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been improving bit by bit - with adding breakout rooms, adding new features, and making it even more user friendly. We use it daily and it has become a vital part of our practice.
Invaluable connection tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to seemlessly connect to clients all over the country. I use to meet in person, but the transition to Zoom was so easy and more convenient for both me and my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. My biggest complaint is that sometimes there are connectivity issues, especially after upgrades. But these usually do not last long. So I honestly and quite happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with clients all over the country, not just those in my area. I can easily share my screen or have my clients share theirs for a simplified coaching experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to work from anywhere. We can access it from our phones, office and homes with the touch of a button. This allows us to have a hybrid workplace and tailor it to the needs of our employees and their families.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a minute to train non-tech savvy generation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our Communication issues inside and outside the office. This allows us to be more productive and accomplish the task at hand in shorter periods of time!
Zoom is invaluable to me and my business
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom almost daily, used it to connect with new and amazing business partners during the pandemic, check in with people I love and people I work with regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some days it can be glitchy but I expect it is being used a lot, so I get why.

Business communication, family and friend connections. Many, in short.
Always on Call
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy scheduling platform, and quick edits as needed. A simple everyday tool that's critical for our business and all guests think it's simple to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to add a cohost, they're accounts don't populate but for my usage, it's still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom replaces faceless telecommunication, making meetings so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Better video, personalization and more intuitive navigation and features than other comparable platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling meetings in the future or creating a meeting in the moment can be confusing. Integration with G Suite is also confusing, seems disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy video conferencing for anyone, at a moment's notice, while apps like Microsoft Teams don't offer the ease of functionality.
Easy-breezy communications
What do you like best about the product?
With zoom, it is so easy to share data with everyone in the meeting, annotating in different colors on top of it, making meetings run smoothly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having 1 host can be somewhat limiting if a host is screen sharing and other participants join late. Co-hosts help, but there may be more functionality that can be looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps solve problems in clear & efficient communication that has helped my team get work done faster, without issue, as a team. I also love how user-friendly and adaptable the software is.

I love hosting meetings with my fellow trading partners. Its easy to share screens and annotate throughout the learning journey
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good over here. I have no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves commuting to see my partners and we can just use it at home or where possible to gain knowledge of how to trade.
It's reliable and convenient. I hardly ever have problems with Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily i can set up Zoom calls and share the invitation. I like that I can record a video for any reason and upload it conveniently. I also like that I can record audio. With interviews, I can save 2 separate recordings for editing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes a problem to get a good WIFI connection. It's no fun to have video glitches or background noise/feedback. But, I think that's the nature of using online video and depending on WIfi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I record my podcast in video and audio; sometimes these are interviews with people in other states or countries. I can meet with clients all over the world and hold group coaching sessions. I meet people and network through Zoom. It's great!
