The most used video conferencing tool, but not the most practical
What do you like best about the product?
The image quality and superb, as well as the reliability of the connection even if the beginning of the network is weak. reference tool for professionals in training and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem of slowly activating the camera sometimes disturbs and there is still no Cloud storage for videos and files to watch, unfortunately. Sometimes zoom users often have problems with their microphones and I don't know why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will try to solve the problem of activating the camera at startup which sometimes takes a long time. It would be great if we had access to the chat room, files and documents even after a meeting, it would help a lot of people.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about zoom is the call-out option. Most of the countries across the globe are covered to do direct calling on mobile phones and we do not need to ask the recipient to connect to any session through data or download any application. Another great feature is the wide range of video backgrounds. Break out session is a nice tool while driving online webinars to conduct group/team based discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some countries not covered under the call-out option. Please revisit the list and make them available for direct calling. Webinar must have better customization settings for Email notification post webinar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit is saving time and money by connecting all the colleagues, customers, and business partners remotely.

It's once of the best video conferencing application that I have used until so far, because it has the simple and smooth easy interface to join a meet or creat it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom definitely had some glitches in the beginning lagging issues while we hear the person from the opposite side, but now its been fixed and very excellent now a days.

It's quite simple to use. The calls never disconnect in between. I've never had any problems when having video communication with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like its android mobile App which hangs sometimes for me. The UI of the android mobile app may be confusing for first-time users.

I've used Zoom to contact my internet friends throughout the pandemic. Also, I have been taking all the client calls using zoom. It is very beneficial for me.

Voice clarity and video quality of the Zoom app application is very very nice and user interface is also very attractive.Its better than other meeting app available

There is nothing to dislike in this app all the features of the app works wellit provides a total solution of business meet. May be optimised in low bandwidth internet

During covid when physical meeting was not allowed the zoom app helped my organisation a lot towards meeting our clients whic also improved our business operations
Easy to use, great tool for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I can add anyone by sharing link. Annotations ease the process of reviewing content online. Data consumption is less compared to other meeting apps. Good free tool for startup's.
What do you dislike about the product?
For free version Meeting time lasts only 1 hour, I would appreciate more meeting time. Once call ends after meeting time is reached we just send a new link and connect again. There should be an option to renew the meeting before adroitly ending the call.

Due to covid we could not go to office. That's when we started using zoom extensively. Being an IT startup we constantly require discussions and reviews of our products, that's where zoom helps.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best meeting application as compared to google meet and teams. Zoom can cover maximum participation in terms of 360 views. It also has recording and access facility too which is best for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one thing I don't like in zoom is lack of comment control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we want to do a townhall call where we want to see everyone is enabled for the video call in a virtual environment then we need to switch over from the Microsoft team to zoom.
A very good application
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Zoom is a very good tool for sharing your screen live. Moreover, it is very easy to use, it is also quick to load.
Breakout Rooms is an easily accessible feature that can be used even if participants don't have a Zoom account or aren't logged in.
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to teach or attend a meeting from home, without having to travel and thus prepare a small office ideal for working.

the only downside I found is that I have to pay to enjoy all the features.

Zoom has made it possible for me to keep track of my masters courses to a great extent, especially during the times of the COVID-19 pandemic without having to go out of the house as well as I was able to attend all business meetings and following all tasks while i'm lying on the sofa at home
Super Simple to Connect with Nifty
What do you like best about the product?
It was three simple steps to connect Nifty with Zoom, and I have had similar very easy connection experiences with other Zoom integrations as well, Calendly being one of them. Plus, Zoom makes it easy to also remove connections should you wish to revoke those app's privileges. Zoom also has many useful apps to explore and try directly from their site too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Zoom is the quality of the audio and video is often less than other video applications I use, with the same tech and wifi connections. It's worth using Zoom even with sometimes lesser quality and stability of connection because many more people know how to use Zoom than other platforms, and I am a fan of how easy it is to get Zoom connected with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's lovely to be able to not have to schedule Zoom meetings off of platforms. For example, it's great that I can schedule right in Gmail, people can receive their Zoom link automatically from Calendly when they book a time to meet, I can use it in Fantastical calendar event creation also, and, in Nifty, it's easy to invite and share the Zoom link with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and helps a lot to communicate with family and at work, it's also helpful with school in these times that you are not able to go to the bildings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be too slow you need to have good internet so it can work correctly if not you will have a bad image and audio and that can be a little stressful but as long that your internet is good there is no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helping me a lot with school and work I'm able to do my job at home and my school without having problems in either one of them.
