What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates with my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
, and gives meeting people all the information and links necessary. It shortens the process and makes it easier to organise meetings with potential clients, even the most technophobic client can use it as the steps are straightforward and easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more having to give details and hoping that the other person can find me online with my username. No more forgotten meetings. No problems with people needing to learn or download apps to use them.

What do you like best about the product?
Good graphics, easy to use, and also good connectivity in slow internet speed

For non-premium accounts, after every 45 minutes your meeting end and, you need to restart the meeting again

Virtual meet with office colleagues, freelance support work, virtual fun activities, many more virtual kinds of meeting,s and also sharing screens will help us to debug all the issues just like setting with your colleagues in the office

It helps to connect virtually without distortion

Actually Zoom is the best solution but one the Administrator got log out due to any reason sometime admin position will get passed on to anyone even though we have co admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really teaches us that even though we are in our house we can have meeting with person sitting somewhere else.During training we connected trainers from Delhi ,Banglore and Nagpur for our participants of which who were also from different Districts and sometime from different state.

What do you like best about the product?
I wish I had started using Zoom from day one at my office. Before Zoom I was using Google Meets and I faced a lot of problems like recording, shared whiteboard etc. Now as I have switched to Zoom I find the following benefits of using it.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.
- Ability to record meetings directly to the cloud and links are shared automatically when recordings are saved.
- Share the screen while presenting and allow another side person to have remote access to your PC.
- Call a Room with a timer and when time is over it rejoins back to the original meeting automatically.
- Raise hands, show expression via emojis, mute/unmute anyone, share whiteboards, etc.
- Provides notification to 'dismiss' or 'snooze' the meeting.
- Schedule meetings by looking at the available time for other attendees.

What do you dislike about the product?
Besides many good points, I would like to point out below feature that needs improvement,
- When sharing the screen attendees don't have the option to annotate/point out via cursor on the shared screen.
- The update is a bit messy, it doesn't work smooth.
- When I schedule a meeting I didn't find the option to add attendees there. The meeting first gets imported then I have to edit the meeting to add persons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom to connect with my colleagues, and abroad team members remotely when I am doing work from home. I can clarify the requirements, and use cases for my projects easily by sharing a screen, showing a demo, and texts via whiteboard. We are using a paid version and hence we can add more than 100 employees during our town hall meetings. We are also helping to onboard freshers and taking interviews to hire new talent via Zoom.
Zoom is a great online conferencing tool for private teachers like me
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and has always been clean. It's quite simple and intuitive to use. And the calls are stable — I've never had any headaches when using zoom to teach my private lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to point out one thing I don't much like about Zoom is that the cloud storage space I have isn't enough for what I need. But I have a workaround — it takes longer for me to upload a video that I recorded locally, but it works, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach Portuguese lessons to students from all over the world. Most of my students are in the US and in China. And I have been able to use Zoom with both audiences seamlessly. It's also good that it integrates perfectly with my scheduling solution. It automatically creates safe links to be shared with students. And when it's time to attend the lesson, students just need to click the link they have been emailed before by the integration of acuity and zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a private teacher like me or a consultant who needs to be in touch with customers on a regular basis, do sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription with zoom. It's pretty cheap and it's an investment. If you have employees who need to use zoom, consider investing in a group subscription. In addition to removing limitations, signing up for a subscription gives you more control over your account. I've seen many private teachers complaining about the limitations that some has. They mentioned that Skype has no limitations. But Skype has a lot of problems, to the point it's unusable if you need to be 6 to 8 hours and for the computer fishing classes like me.
Super Perfect Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best conference call service in the market. It is offering the best video conferencing, large meeting space and optimal cloud storage. It is easy to use and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Am very happy to use Zoom app and I have not found any downsides when using it. All features are working powerfully and efficiently. For any challenge incurred the support team is always ready to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me to increase profit in my business as I have been able to close many business deals and transactions through zoom conference meetings. I always host zoom conference meetings with my clients and partners.

Best way to communicate by video
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful with Zoom is the fact that I can have clients join in all in one phone call as well as employees and do presentations with any flaws at all. It is also great to use with communicating with family members worldwide especially with Covid-19 and how it stopped everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Zoom is that there's a small lag in the streaming/video chatting with people depending on the phone that you have. It works best with iPhone but honestly all my family have android so there is a small lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What it solves is communication and presentations as well as group meetings on the go or in the comfort of your home. For my company it helped with doing weddings or proms with the world was held hostage by Covid-19. It helped also communities come together and share experiences
Best meeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has best feature for camera like filter and themes for background. It is the best monitoring and meeting application it is widely used in organization for interviewing new comers in the company.Various features like hand raise and chat option while in a meeting is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think of any reason to not use this application but somethings like mic shortkut keys should be changed as sometime the mic can be opened with shortkeys without knowing of the user.

I don't face any hard issue while using zoom just the feature that when you enter in meeting and you have to manually connect to audio is very disturbing for me.I was so confused when i first used this application.
You need Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost impossible to not have Zoom! Email chains start to get long and convoluted, it is easy to miss important information in the thread. With Zoom, you can hop on a quick call and clarify information in real-world time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I'd say I dislike about Zoom is that it doesn't always transfer ownership of meetings correctly. I have accepted to be the host while my co-worker was on PTO, and though I accepted ownership from the link, it still said waiting for the host to start this meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can speak, see, and hear our clients instead of just working through email. We can build real relationships with them, work through any issues we may have and resolve them on the spot.

Get familiar with all the apps that be configured with Zoom, and all the functions Zoom currently has. It'll make your job and life that much easier.

Zoom has a lot of options when you're in a meeting, you have a chat, options to raise your hand, you can use background and a lot more cool stuff , you just need to check the options on the app

Would be great if Zoom had more backgrounds and animated backgrounds to use but, even though it has a lot of things to do, they're quite limited on the customization of that options

Actually even that Zoom doesn't have a lot of options , is constantly updating , so I hope on that updates they are adding more customizable options for the consumer
