I switch completly to notion and have all my notes and projects on notion.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with unlimited amount of personability.

Ai is still not comparable to gpt and not really assisting in work tasks like writing emails.

It became my brain were I store all information I receive and create during a working day.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disorganized workflows by providing a centralized workspace. This benefits me by streamlining project management, enhancing collaboration, and leveraging AI features to improve efficiency and creativity in my architecture studies.
A great tool for literally everything
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great because it can be used for anything and everything. I love using it for everything from organizing notes and work stuff to planning vacations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Notion seems a bit intimidating and it definitely has a learning curve. I also it would be nice to have the ability to use a more aesthetic design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps provide summaries for long amounts of text, which helps me not waste time reviewing it myself.

the usability. I also like that i can budget, do my grocery list, do my vision board etc on it.

It take a little getting used to especially if you are new to it.

Grammar and formulating sentences. Also managing my tone.
Notion as AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The new feature of AI Writing Assistant is pretty amazing. I use it in English an Polish language, and it works very well. I use it mainly for assistance in writing SEO articles but it also heleped mi in translation of some XML code from Polish into Swedish. Amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I assume that AI Writing assistant uses the same engine as Chat GPT in version 3 / 3.5 so it has limitations (about 3k characters per prompt), eg. when you promt to write 10k word article it will write about 3k, then you can chose "continue writing" but it mostly repeat the content instead of developing it further. So you have to work a lot with prompting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant helps me in creating content seeds for SEO - as a language model, it has basic knowledge on every subject, which allows me to propose outlines and headings for the article. Thanks to this, I save on ordering content externally - having a structure, I am able to develop the content myself.

What do you like best about the product?
I use notion for quite some time now and the AI integration is a worthy addition! I use it constantly! It helps me write, it makes lists from texts and summarizes my notes perfectly! Thank you for integrating!

The user interface can be messy sometimes. And I also would love to set an automatic font for all my new pages. I hate to change it every time I create a new page!

Notion can truly be a super power
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of documenting, project management and task management, makes it incredibly useful, but when you take info into consideration how configurable it is, I don't think there is any other tool like this out yhere

It can be a little complicated when you start using it but besides that, I find it extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy to ensure I don’t miss anything, and the AI capabilities reduces my research time dramatically.
My overall experience has been comforting for the use I have given to the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is the openness to customization that the application provides. Additionally, with the latest updates, they have contributed a lot to automation, even with artificial intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs more programs to sync with, like Google Calendar or the same brand's program Cron, taking advantage of improving the user experience across all their devices. Additionally, I would like to see the implementation of a free blank canvas, not in the form of an embed, to create concept maps and tables, like XMind or similar applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are focusing on solving problems related to the automation of actions as it happens with buttons. This benefits me because I can create shortcuts for complex actions to then use them in seconds. On the other hand, the implementation of AI solves many everyday problems for me, such as summarizing large texts or understanding complex articles.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is one of the key ai assistants that I rely on a daily basis. It has improved my productivity and helped me generalise my notes as a second brain in one language.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations especially in a field of text formatting and other built-in Notion features such as image generation or structuring the input. It might benefit from coding features such as run the code and receive output or automatically identify the code snippet as part of a particular language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves a lot of problems including note taking, organising like a second brain, code prettifier, database manager. It could be better at task management.
