Good place for knowledge base
What do you like best about the product?
easy to structure and moderate, a lot of features.

What do you dislike about the product?
nbot so easy to nodify, a lot if features but interface and some fuctions are not that user friendly. would be great to improve interface and functionality. it requires a special treining to understand all the features :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team communication for remote workers. we use it as primary source where store product updates, workflow rules, tracking project status and collaborating. helps to keep everyone on the same page
Fun, Flexible Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion allows you to have so much control over how your pages are structured, and what you use them for. I am still learning how to best use the software, but I enjoy all the different ways it can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the learning curve for notion can make it difficult to start using for individuals that don't really enjoy spending time getting to know a new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me organize and have a place for important information and makes it easy for me to find what I am looking for. I am able to have to-do lists, notes, and information I reference daily all in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best app that help me to keep things organized. It is very simple to use.Also I like the customisation options that it provides based on our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a first time user it can be a bit difficult to usderstand it functionalities. It takes time to collaborate with teammates initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion help me in keeping up with the daily tasks. It helps me to collaborate with my teammates . I can take note of different things and can keep them in different folders as per my need.

UI is seamless and can be accessed via any device and the data/info sharing is seamless.

Nothing so far, as they just now launched the 2.15 version and that is just magic.

This is definitely one of the most flexible and clever Note taking apps I've come across. It works fantastic on PC and on mobile, with formulas making everything very easy to organise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Notion, and to improved I think adding more themes and ability to customise designs would be beneficial!

I'm organising my notes, events and days into a very efficient way to find information.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Notion is pretty smooth and seamless. The relevant android app makes life a lot easier for its users to connect and work on the go. Also, the templates are amazing time savers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of a learning curve to master and tackle project related problems swiftly. But once you gather the experience, there are very few tools out there that can match its possibilites.

Day to day basis team collaboration activities on Notion are one of its best features. Also, it serves as a good database holding all project-related files in an organized manner and is easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very flexible tool that can be used for personal planning as well as to manage teams which makes it so popular among students as well as working professionals. I love the android application for personal planning. It has lots of inbuilt templates which makes it so much easier for beginners. Has a little bit of a learning curve but is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to understand in the beginning but once you get the hang of it, there is no going back. The price point is a little higher for teams, considering there are other tools available in the market as well.

I used it to manage a team of five. Helps me assign tasks, manage calendars, document and take notes. I also use the notion application on my android phone for personal planning and task management.

The notion has a flexible interface where it provides a myriad of templates and tools to organize one's work and be productive on the go by keeping all the information on your fingertips and ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion lacks several features in offline mode which makes it hard at times to completely utilize its processing power and access all the work one has stored over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking has especially become a fun and interesting activity. I'm able to build my own knowledge depository of facts and notes that I accumulated during my learning phase, training, or even regular everyday to-dos.

Best note-taking app with friendly and simple UI that allows you to access your work without any hassle and at the same time make all this fun and interesting.
One of the best collaboration and data management tools
What do you like best about the product?
It is very dynamic, I can create a page - and then a page within itself and even use template for that. Very fluid when it comes to linking and or even assigning tasks. Plus it got robust templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
tryIt's not that easy to use and setup and has a learning curve. Plus I was unable to find on data privacy amongst that easily - I mean if say I have a workspace and I wanna make board wth data visible to only 2 out of 10 people of my team, I couldn't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to solve task management and collaboration. I'm also using it as a personal content calendar for my LinkedIn. The benefits are - it is very dynamic and can adjust to any data type and workflow. Amazing it is. I also use it at times to maintain certain event log and notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a tool that can do it all - maintain tasks, content calendars, take notes, share knowledge base - pick notion without a second thought.
