I use it every day
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to easily keep track of companies I follow. It's my one-stop shop for financial updates and transcripts. But it also allows me to do targeted research on specific topics. For instance, AlphaSense can help me answer questions such as, how many times did the companies I track mention inflation on their recent earnings calls?
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that it can be complicated to use at first. I probably have only scratched the surface of everything it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking financial information about disparate companies that I follow as part of my job as a business journalist.
"A Breakthrough for Marketing Analysis."
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive database structure that covers a broad variety of information such as articles, publications and conference calls.They enable people to obtain quality facts on only one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user-interface is more confusing and not user friendly as I was hoping for and that as a result it leads to a lengthy learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decision making whereby it merges and a variety of data into a single system to help companies make good decisions based on information available.
Great AI tool for market research
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense is a very complete platform, giving me access to reports from companies and investment analysts fast accurately. In our job of market intelligence we use AlphaSense at least every month for every report. Their AI tool helps to expedite my job by helping with the analysis of texts and giving automatic outlooks of companies, which is easy to use and makes onbording new team members easy as well. AlphaSense customer service is always ready to help and we have many touchpoints through the year. Implementation is also easy since the AlphaSense team offer courses and training sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to integrate the collaborative tools in our internal processes. We still need more discipline to use the notebooks properly and it's something that could have more features to facilitate collaboration in more intuitive ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AlphaSense solves the problem of having to look for and digest market information from multiple sources. It benefits us by saving a lot of time of research and reading since the AI search and summary tools do a lot of the heavy lifting.
AlphaSense / Sanofi partnership
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the clear layout and user interface. The workspace and results panels are clearly deliniated and which function works in which panel is easy to understand.
The partnership with our AlphaSense team, product specialist/customer success Catalina Ruiz-Jimenez is currently our key person to go to - invaluable support and guidance/suggestions.
I don't think there is a feature that is missing. My internal clients really like the ability to export charts and tables in excel format. Being able to share a summary pdf with another user that has AlphaSense account is a very efficient and powerful feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more control on my user prefernces and keep them 'turned on' . I am always unchecking the default formats for downloading (I am never going to want the snippet highlighted) and I am never going to want the sentiments on in the output report. In my position that creates bias. I understand the value of the feature and appreciate it but I won't be using it. So I'd like to not have to turn it off each time. Also the default so all company mentions vs only primary mentions. I'd like to be forcused first then go broader if necessary but the default is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining our competitive advantage. Competitive Intelligence. Very timely, real time information. We are watching competitors activities and analysts views on specific assests (ours and the competition) and the broader market areas.
The Ultimate Time Saving Search Tool for Company Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search through transcripts/presentations. Sometimes it finds presentations that are not readily available from company IR pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - solid product. Maybe wish the notes/folder tool was more practical/functional/smart (AI driven).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly accessing information from companies under coverage and their peers.
Saves me countless hours of manual research. Fast, effective and easy to use.

Programmed automatic alerts, the depth of research and expert interviews available, the ability to navigate through useful hyperlinks.

There is not much I do not like about the AlphaSense platform.

Solving problem of providing organized research and insights into companies and industries covered by my team. Provides me with real-time updates on key sector developments.

Great support from AlphaSense experts, and user-friendly interface.

nothing really comes to mind, but could be good to have more data exporting features direcly to excel

From financial projections, to m&a tracking, clinical trial data to key insights from c-suite members and KOLs, AlphaSense provides a wealth of resources for me to stay informed and make strategic decisions in our own product development.

I am very pleased with the product and have nothing negative to offer.

AlphaSense allows us to efficiently identify targets/opportunities, leverage key insights from kols, and stay on top of dynamic markets with the latest information.

1. The Expert interviews: the quality of the information that can be shared in the expert interviews is unique; there is no other place on the web where you can find these type of data
2. You can look for data in the last year, last 2 years and..there is no limit in time. This is a rare feature
3. Learning curve is fast: the platform is very easy to handle and there is tons of support from the Alphasense teams with educational videos, meetings to train on new features, etc.
