What do you like best about the product?

The agents that pull financial information about the industry are helpful and make it easier to gather the data I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t like that the agents’ outputs can’t be configured for color, font type, or formatting when downloading to Word, like with Claude or GPT.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding information faster and being more proactive.

What do you like best about the product?

The speed and quality of the search. AlphaSense makes it easy to find relevant insights across filings, earnings calls, news, and research, which saves a significant amount of time.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes searches return too many results, requiring additional filtering. The interface also has a learning curve, and it can take time to become familiar with all of the available features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

AlphaSense centralizes research across multiple sources, making it much faster to find relevant information. The time savings and ability to quickly identify key insights improve the quality and efficiency of my research and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?

It is an amazingly comprehensive research platform that aggregates near-infinite resources into one central database. I can manually sift through sources as I please, or use the GenAI to intelligently compile intel on more "open-ended" research efforts.

The UI is intensive, and overwhelming at first... but if you're willing to take time to "learn" the platform, it makes research so much easier!

The platform performs insanely well, considering how many updates have been rolled out in recent months... you'd expect some bugs with a growth rate like AlphaSenses', but nope! It only gets better.

Lastly, the account management/customer support is top tier, and I enjoy working with the team assigned to our account. They've been very generous with their pricing for the plan we have, and never fail to update me on new platform features or integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, there's very little to dislike...

If I had to be nitpicky, I guess one could find the learning curve to be rather steep (it's easy to get overwhelmed with the platform at times).

Otherwise, the only main complaint is the "slide generation" is rather lackluster - it takes a long time for the slides to generate, and then the final output is not detailed enough and/or underwhelming... maybe I'm particular, but I find it much easier to copy/paste data from the application into my own slides.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've heard that AlphaSense is improving the Slide Generation and Organizational Branding upload features, which is great!

But again, I want to iterate that I encounter very few problems when using AlphaSense, and I use it daily!

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate AlphaSense for its ability to search across a huge range of sources, such as earning call transcripts, broker research, and company filings, which feels far more targeted than a generic search engine. I like that instead of manually sifting through hundreds of filings, transcripts, and analyst reports, I can search across all of them at once and pull out exactly what’s relevant. I also value the breadth of source coverage in one platform, which makes the research process feel a lot less fragmented, as I don't have to jump between different logins for various types of information.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve is a bit of a challenge. New users often need real ramp-up time to get comfortable with search operators, filters, and Boolean logic to get the most precise result. The initial setup was not so easy but also not so tough; it requires some guidance, trainings, and practices to get used to it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use AlphaSense to quickly access reliable market and competitive intelligence. It simplifies searching through vast amounts of information, making it easier to track competitor communications and filings. I appreciate the wide source coverage, reducing fragmented research by consolidating multiple logins into one platform.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy AlphaSense is to navigate, which makes it simple to find what I need and then move on with whatever else I'm doing. I also appreciate the consistent updates and the moderately new pre-canned AI deep dives as a good tool. Their product team seems to be ahead of what's going to be popular in the future feature-wise, and the transition when they bought Stream was smooth.

I use AlphaSense for industry expert calls and company research. It's easy to navigate, helps me find what I need quickly, and the AI deep dives are useful. The updates are consistent, making it a valuable tool.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how AlphaSense provides a lot of information that isn't readily available on my own or in the public domain. The market research they do is impressive, and they're great for hiring as a service with highly educated consultants who perform SWOT analysis, break up the market share, and figure out the total addressable market. Their reporting is thorough, and they really look at a lot of detailed information. Also, the intake call and getting started with AlphaSense is a fairly straightforward process.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think that they're already starting to improve on it, but you know, there can be a lot more AI that's there now. And I know that they're doing that as we speak.

AlphaSense provides an internal perspective on accounts, financial positions, and company value prop. It offers information not in the public domain, including financial soundness and growth from tech and investment angles.

In addition, some premium content and features can be expensive, and the search results occasionally need extra refinement to bring the most relevant information to the top.
