What do you like best about the product?
Robust technology covering most use cases.
XO platform having great and efficient GUI making work with the platform a real pleasure- Coverage of multiple communication channels including customized UX meeting customer expectations for each channel.
Quick Deployment & Setup-Great Customer Relationship-Tooling (botbuilder) ease of use.
The customer relationship with Kore is one of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that stands out to dislike the product.
Areas of improvement may be:
Providing pre-release notifications or any new updates to be anticipated in the future..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables businesses to harness conversational interactions with greater efficiency and at reduced costs.
Deliver proactive and Personalized service.
Achievement at scale and speed.
Human-like interactions across voice & text channels Choice of self-service options.

The trainings are very detailed and very user friendly.

The training timings are not very flexible but the recorded videos really help with dealing with this issue.

Kore.AI helped me in exploring a new topic and learn about it in details to help with project support.

Easy to use kore.AI. very easy to use chat bot. Very easy to create a chat bot. I am very interesting to do that chat bot kore.AI. It Solve customer queries, any time, anywhere.its handle full conversation.

I don't have any dislike in Kore.AI chat bot.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience with kore.ai platform. Designing, testing, training, deploying, analyzing, and managing virtual assistants is easy. API integration is too good. It has multi-engine NLP support, which is easy to use. We can easily manage interruptions and all.

I have npo dislikings for this platform.

It can easily create virtual assistants.
