The Platform provides essential, widely-used features, which are beneficial for most users. However, in specific scenarios, greater extensibility would enable us to create custom solutions independently, reducing dependency on the solutions team. Enhanced flexibility could make the platform even more user-driven and versatile.

Kore.ai is solving the challenge of creating and managing intelligent conversational AI solutions across multiple channels. It streamlines the development of virtual assistants for customer service, HR, IT support, and more, enabling businesses to automate tasks, enhance user engagement, and improve operational efficiency. For me, it simplifies the process of deploying AI-driven bots, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity. The platform’s no-code/low-code approach allows for quicker deployment and easier customization, saving time and resources while improving customer and employee experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI is an interesting platform to work on. I really like its user interface that helped me in creating some interesting chatbots as part of the training assignment. I really liked the GEN AI features that can be used to enhance the productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything that I dislike about this Kore.AI platform. It was such a great tool to create simple, effective conversational and gen AI solutions.So, I liked everything about Kore.AI. But, version 11 was not responding as expected to some of the advanced configurations . That can be looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI uses natural language processing that helps the bot in responding precisely to the user queries. Generative AI features are also super effective in enhancing the productivity. I used the platform in completing an assignment as part of the basic and advanced trainings. That assignment captivated me and I have been using the platform since then to create some interesting tasks.

It has number of features , learning curve was also easy as compared to others . Ease of use was very user friendly I loved working on it. Ease of implementation , of the chat bot is user friendly.

Till now what I have experienced I didn't find any dislike as this was the tool in which I found myself more intrested than any other tools or tech.

It improves the less human intervention while handling more repeated or easy task which user may contact customer care. Ultimately it will lead to saving of expenses for the industry.
