great software, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use Crossbeam for account mapping with partners. It gives us a starting point to understand which introductions we should prioritize. The salesforce integration is powerful for getting sales/success teams to loop in partners when it makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things I dislike. I wish it was a little easier to modify reports and highlight rows/add a column for notes because I generally have to export the data to google sheets so I can manipulate the format and collaborate with partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is helping me account map with partners so we can make introductions for each other. It helps me be more productive instead of having to dig into my CRM data.

What do you like best about the product?
the table they provide at the top level is by far the simplest way I have seen to display the opportunities you have with a potential partner and be able to explain this clearly to internal teams. At a glance you can see exactly where the opportunities are and if there are any quick wins and synergies between your businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
the updates feed is overwhelming without any kind of prioritisation to what is shown first. It would be better if this only showed when a partners prospect became their customer or when you added a prospect that was already a partners customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps us to maximise the impacts of our go to market strategies by identifying where there may already be brand recognition and need and creating the audience lists for you in the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the transparency that Crossbeam allows when engaging new potential partners. In addition, it can do incredible things on account mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Crossbeam to continue building out the ROI for partner teams to better quantify its impact on the business. This can be seen with Sales Edge, but this will be a playbook for years to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps us with account mapping, targeted marketing, forecasting partner sales and creating detailed business plans. It really helps signal the sales org for unique partner plays that can accelerate the deal cycle.
Crossbeam has taken hours of manual work away from our partner managers!

I like the about of time using crossbeam saves my team, and the insights we are able to share with our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the invite included the ability to allow/permission partners to see the information immediately - often we have to go back to a partner and ask them for permission to view the data.

It reduces the manual work we need to do when onboarding new partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves hours upon hours of time my team would typically be spending trying to understand if partners are worth the time and effort co-selling with. It also helps us focus our efforts on mutual customers or open opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam has done more than I expected it would for our team. If I had one complaint, it would be nice to be alerted to new overlaps between our partners and us.

Crossbeam helps us stay focused from a partnership perspective and automate our analysis of co-selling opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Crossbeam is its visibility into the overlapping joint customer journey. There are many use cases for Crossbeam, but the one I use most frequently is helping mutual customers understand the joint value prop between the various components of their tech stack. This ensures customers squeeze the most value out of their entire tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are discrepancies in the data due to muddy CRM data or domain mismatches. This is not something that Crossbeam controls, but it can sometimes lead to confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is beneficial in identifying mutual customers, areas for improvement in the customer journey, and ways we can partner with our partner ecosystem to ensure customers are happy and aware of all that their tech stack can offer them.
Super helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Crossbeam platform has changed the game with how we engage with our partners. Rather than finding excuses to talk and ask for opportunities, we have them right infront of us. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really. Its occasionally slow uploading CSV files but I'm sure there's a lot of work going on in the back end.

The simplicity of connecting with a partner. The clean user interface fosters collaboration.

A whitespace feature would be nice to have.

Solves a security issue of emailing spreadsheets around of my accounts and prospects. Also Makes partnership goal planning a sinch since we can easily see overlapping accounts.

Crossbeam is the industry-leading platform for partnership professionals that combines the manual processes of account mapping into a centralized and automated UI. With Crossbeam, we can spend more time actioning on the data between partner companies and less time on administrative work. Crossbeam lives and breaths partnerships and is building a platform tailored to the profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and filtering are behind par but understand investments are being made to change that as the platform evolves into the future. Crossbeam is setup with the "partner manager" role in mind but would love to see some alternative profiles to support different GTM models.

Account mapping, understanding partnerships opportunities, streamlining the way we collaborate with partners, pairing AEs together on mutual accounts and pipeline.
