Great tool for AUTOMATED account mapping and sourcing new partnerships

What do you like best about the product?
- Reveal's automated account mapping saves me hours per week in manually checking my company's accounts against my partners'
- Absolutely no need for manual account list spreadsheets!
- Easy mapping to Salesforce means you don't waste valuable time configuring account lists
- Suggested partnerships based on data makes partner sourcing much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
- The only thing stopping me from using Reveal more is that not all partners have a CRM to integrate. However, with the CSV functionality, that's an easy obstacle to get over. The Reveal team are super responsive too and any feature requests are taken onboard quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Account mapping is made much easier using Reveal. Without Reveal, it was a long and manual process of looking up companies within our CRM and finding the right salesperson to introduce a partner to
- With Reveal, the difference is immediate - I can find the relevant details and people and make intros within minutes

Reveal Brings New Insights to Partner Ecosystems

What do you like best about the product?
With Reveal I am no longer having to compare spreadsheets all the time and I know exactly who to get engaged on prospective accounts and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, I have not run into anything that I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing time to focus on opportunities for both my company and our partners. Allows more strategic discussion on accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline is going to change my life ! so difficult to store information and not having them everywhere, I really like this feature. Of course Partnership Overviews and 360 Mapping are really exciting too. I also really appreciate the professionalism and the support received during the setup of the platform ! Thanks Noémie :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to declare. For the moment the use we have of the tool is really what we were expecting

Problem is not exactly the right term. We are looking for common opportunities to make our clients happy

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal is one of my favorite platforms! Leveraging the data sourced from Reveal, we have managed to triple our monthly qualified pipeline in addition to making our sales teams more proactive. With its account mapping solution, the platform has vastly improved the quality of our partnerships by helping us prioritize the ones that we need to go after. Reveal has been a huge time saver by helping us decide if the partner is even worth integrating with before we start negotiations.

Not to mention, Reveal has helped us expand our partnership ecosystem, helping us connect with companies that we didn’t even know about but shared a huge customer overlap with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Reveal as it's extremely user-friendly and brings a lot of opportunities. Perhaps, being notified whenever a new "suggested" partner joins Reveal would be a good addition. This way, we can immediately act upon it and consistently grow our partnership ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helped prioritize the partnerships that we needed to go after

- Vastly improved our retention rate with customers

- Gave us insight into how best to leverage a new partnership

- Helped expand our partnership ecosystem

- Energized sales teams into being more proactive

- Streamlined conversations with other departments (CSM and Marketing) on which new partnerships to target

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and platform navigation. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to find information quickly. Having a very visual experience makes the data easy to digest but also to present back to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more filtering options to help me slice data in Reveal without having to export it first. Additionally, as our business grows we have to keep reviewing our partnerships to ensure those with overlap are removed from access to our CRM data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reveal has taken away the manual need to share CRM data via clunky excel spreadsheets to identify Partnership opportunities. Reveal also means the data is closer to real-time than a manually updated excel. Saving time and also helping us focus on the right accounts straight away - there is no guess work or trial and error anymore!

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal has been a vital part of our partner strategy. The ability to see partner overlap enables both us and our partners to identify just how many customers would benefit from the integration. Couldn't imagine not having it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately comes to mind. SSO would be great though so that I don't need to login each time I go to Reveal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with all partnership professionals, before pursuing an integration we want to ensure that we share a significant overlap with a prospective partner - both in terms of customers and opportunities. Reveal helps us uncover this info quickly and easily.

Best partnership account mapping tool out there!

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the support is amazing. All the account managers are actively working to increase the number of partners, give tips on who to approach in their ecosystem. Incredible service and the product itself is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It would be great if they introduced lead / deal tracking in their system to become more of a partner relationship manager (PRM). I believe this will come in time as they introduced the pipeline recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You do not need to work in excel files and ask your partners to reveal their customers but rather have access to constantly updated information. This allows to jointly target accounts but also create wider partner strategies for co-selling.

Key tool for the partnerships function

What do you like best about the product?
Reveal is super easy to use and helps us become more efficient and automated. We use the instant account mapping tool for every new potential partner to help scope their potential and know where to kick off the partnerships. The 360 directory is also really helpful when sales reps are going into new demos. I also have to say that their support function is excellent - I always get a response quickly on how to use certain areas of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike - it brings a lot of opportunity for the team so that can create extra work at the start until you build your workflow. If I were to start over, I would get the sales team to understand its power earlier on in the process!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining more insights into our leads and prospects - we are also making strong bonds with our partners by knowing which opportunities we can co-sell. Reveal has really helped add another layer of insight into every area of the function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's free to set up so there is really no reason not to!

What do you like best about the product?
My partners are saving so much time doing account mapping with my partner team, and we can easily zoom in to relevant opportunities to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love using Reveal, but like any software solution some partners don't support using new technology, and we have reffered many to Reveal directly to get questions addressed which they've been great at helping with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, I was looking for a way to map a target account list of 2,000 focus accounts with my GTM team across all of my top partners, and Reveal took the process from what we expected to be weeks of work, down to minutes per partner

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to automate alignment work between partners. Allow to proactively engage partner and their sales team together to map accounts more efficiently and increase joint business faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's been a great tool so far and is still being improved with new features as we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the zone of influence of the partner and map where they are operating on the customer side proactively.
One of the difficulties of working with partners is to have sales opening the books, where they are selling and sales engaging with each other.
