Simple, yet immensely valuable
What do you like best about the product?
Reveal saves me days. Being able to quickly identify all partner reps at an account and their email / current status (customer, opportunity, greenfield) is a gamechanger. The platform is SO simple, but so powerful. You are merging real time salesforce data from one partner to another - Reveal is a must-have for any semi-mature partner program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an AE/rep view. We have certain ways that our partners want us to reach out, so if we had an AE dashboard where it showed current status (customer, opportunity, greenfield) without showing rep/email - that would allow our reps to be a little more proactive without a reveal owners help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly identify partner rep on account, account status, etc.. Being able to identify changes, if a new customer is signed at a close partner and your team can be proactive to reach out and create strategy around it.

Still a young company, lots of features and integrations to go, though the team has been extremely responsive to any requests etc.

Huge efficiency gains in terms of time to launch a partnership and ROI from a partnership

Time is a precious resource for me and Reveal truly helps me claim back much-needed time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reveal highlighted a massive gap in our account overlaps to accounts integrated ratio. I dislike Reveal for creating a hell of a lot of work for me to do but I also love Reveal for highlighting there's a hell of a lot of work for me to do :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By freeing up time and giving me quick access to the easily digestible data I need, I can spend more of my workday analyzing our current operations and making informed strategic decisions.
I no longer have to refer to dodgy spreadsheets that are outdated as soon as they're shared.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
- This tool keeps getting more powerful with the more partners in there.
- Consider the Salesforce App. My sales reps are now empowered to bring up their own pipeline with the Reveal partner mapping on Salesforce, which speeds up the process and has taken a lot of upfront work off my plate. Additionally, it makes reporting that much easier as well.

Crossbeam is a legit game changer in the Alliances/Partner World!
What do you like best about the product?
- No strings attached FREE solution with a ton of features (there is a paid upgrade that you can choose if you want two way data)
- No more disparate excel sheets
- Instant account mapping
- Safe/secure environment for sharing data
- At a glance view of all of your accounts/opportunities + which of your partners are also engaged with that account (and at what stage)
- Easy report builder
- Automatic updates on accounts that you share with your partners (sales stage, etc.)
- List goes on

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that not ALL of my partners have adopted Crossbeam yet. I am looking forward to getting that to as close to 100% as possible.

- Helping align my BDR, Sales, and CSM teams with my partners within specific accounts
- Scoring my partners based on number of shared customers, which helps me understand which partners are aligned fully with our organization and which ones have completely different customer targets
- Interactively keeping track of identified target accounts for myself and a particular partner. Engaging within the platform using the "Threads" feature to ensure no action items are being overlooked
- Helping align my BDR, Sales, and CSM teams with my partners within specific accounts
- Scoring my partners based on number of shared customers, which helps me understand which partners are aligned fully with our organization and which ones have completely different customer targets
- Interactively keeping track of identified target accounts for myself and a particular partner. Engaging within the platform using the "Threads" feature to ensure no action items are being overlooked

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and support are absolutely insane how squared away Crossbeam is. They are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and work together as a team to help meet your needs or solve questions in a timely manner. This is one of the reasons that I tell my partners to use them. I say "their support and wiki sites are are all at levels we should aspire to be, you're in great hands"
Also, being able to identify a real Total Addressable Market before diving long into a partnership has proven invaluable to our partners, but also for gaining internal support as well. Oh, and the ability to account map! This is a dream solution.
In addition, the knowledge content on how to build, manage, run, and utilize the data that is at your fingertips is incredible. VERY well thought out thought leadership and content pieces.

I get a little lost in the stack of different reports. Though I have a pretty strong feeling that is user error on my end and can organize those better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that we are solving with Crossbeam are that we can understand the Total Addressable Market when starting a partnership so we know which and how many resources to throw at it. In addition, being able to get our partner teams collaborating sooner on opps has been a complete game changer. Also, being able to pull a report on Q4 Closing opps, and tell our AEs, Go work with these partners to close that business together with our partners.

Leverage their support with any questions you may have and take the time to read their thought leadership content and or attend the webinars.

Reveal helps us point our sales and CS teams in the right direction to win deals and satisfy customers with partners, by mapping accounts, prospects and opportunities. This takes the guesswork out of the equation while saving a ton of time and risk compared to using spreadsheets.

Must-have for partnerships teams
What do you like best about the product?
Makes account mapping and partnership evaluation so much more efficient and effective. Integrates with CRM so updates populations in real-time, making partner account mapping reliable as you scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if we could invite partners directly or even have a greater view of other partners on the platform. Right now you can't explore new partners on the platform; you aren't able to see what companies use Crossbeam except those who you've worked with directly to identify account population overlaps. Other than that, which isn't really a "dislike" but more of a feature recommendation, we haven't had any issues with Crossbeam.

Great Tool for any Partner/Alliance Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam not only plugs into our CRM for frequent updates, but it also allows me to control what data I share with each partner. This enables more collaboration and customization, helping us meet each alliance's needs. Crossbeam's customer success team is extremely responsive to my questions. If there's an issue, they're quick to help resolve it via live chat or through a Zoom call. They are a great team to work with. Best of all, like their site says, Crossbeam is free forever and it is a wildly useful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with filtering on reports I have discussed with the Crossbeam team, and those things are currently a work in progress. For some advanced account mapping, I still need to export my Crossbeam report to Excel to make customizations. That said, Crossbeam meets 95% of my needs with their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The days of static account dumps are gone. Crossbeam's daily email alerts about overlap updates help foster collaboration with partners. The ability to leverage the data within Crossbeam to facilitate pipeline and demand modeling have been a boon to my processes and workflow. I have gone as far as to tell partners that if we are not connected on Crossbeam, the pipeline will begin to suffer going forward...it's just too easy and efficient to manage all of this data in a single platform.

There's not a day that goes by that I don't use Reveal!
What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend hours and hours putting together account mapping docs in Google Sheets, manually looking up accounts to determine where I had overlap in customers, prospects, and pipeline with dozens of partners before using Reveal.
I now save countless hours because I can use Reveal to connect our CRM to other partners quickly and identify which partners have the best overlap. From there, I can more easily align our sellers with the partner sellers to collaborate, share intel, and make introductions into target accounts. This has dramatically impacted our ability to more efficiently source and influence revenue.
It has also helped us determine what partners we want to approach for certain events. For example, if we're going to focus on an East Coast event or an event targeting financial services customers and prospects, I can quickly go into the account mapping with each partner and filter based on location and industry. The easy filtering feature in Reveal makes it effortless to determine which partners would be most ideal for co-hosting an event based on who works with those types of accounts.
Also, there are automatic alerts that inform you when a partner has closed or opened a deal that is one of your target accounts or where you have an open opportunity. These alerts have lead to faster closed deals on our end because we were able to make quick connections between the reps to help with deal support.
I recommend anyone who has a partner program, wants to accelerate revenue / growth through their partners, is sick of VLOOKUPS or isn't Excel or Google Sheets savvy, wants other partners to know you are serious about collaboration / pipeline contribution, needs help attributing partner revenue and show partner win rates go up through account collaboration, and accelerate co-selling and co-marketing activities, I would absolutely look into using Reveal!

Nothing. Even if there is something you dislike or you find missing from the platform, all you have to do is explain your feature request and the team at Reveal always seems to build the new feature for you quickly. The support is phenomenal!

Faster time to identify ideal partners, better rep alignment and collaboration, faster deal support and time to close, higher win rates, accelerated pipeline and revenue growth, and a massive amount of time saved on manual account mapping.

What do you like best about the product?
We heard about Crossbeam from one of our current partners, and they recommended it to us as a quick and easy way to map joint customers and opportunities without needing to do any manual mapping. It's been great to simply connect our CRM, set up some rules for our populations and how to share the data, and instantly get a clean, mapped list back that we can use with our partners.
They're also a super helpful and nice bunch of people! Meghan and Ricardo have been great throughout our time with Crossbeam, and the product team is really receptive to feedback.

They've made a lot of improvements in the tool since we've first joined. I'm not sure there is a ton that I don't like that hasn't been resolved already...which is great!

- Make sure you have a clear idea of how to segment your populations or else it can get weird and messy fast (not because of crossbeam but because of how you organize your data)
- map out any risks of directly connecting your CRM to the tool and if you want to do this or if you want to stick with a manual CSV upload
