Crossbeam has been a great asset to our channel sales organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Really a fan of the user interface, simplicity, and the excitement and willingness of the Crossbeam success team to help with issues and brainstorm use cases for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot delete reports/populations/data sources in bulk. It gets pretty inconvenient to have to delete one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a big account mapping and total picture view of our customer and prospect accounts in the channel sales org.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam makes is very easy to know who my partners customers are and how who owns each account. Really great in identifying sales prospects with partner relationships
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little....the hardest part is getting your partner to begin using the tool and uploading their Salesforce info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam helps us know which accounts to approach and which accounts where it's ideal for us to highlight our product integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam has made account mapping simple. Any tool that replaces a very manual, inaccurate process with something that is a pleasure to use and always updated, is an easy win.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few tweaks that could make the interface easier to use. However, I do think the team has done a fantastic job listening to use feedback and making great updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam solves one of the toughest problem in the partnership world. It allows companies to easily connect Salesforce instances to do account mapping. This replaces a manual process of exchanging spreadsheets. Crossbeam goes even further by allowing you to create populations around customer, prospects, and other custom products. This allows account mapping to go much deeper than any manual exchange of data. The other great part is that Crossbeam's connection allows this data to be kept up to date--no more stale spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-referencing accounts with partners is so much easier. I'm delighted someone has solved this v specific pain point. Once we're up and running with a partner on Crossbeam, it's like turning on a light bulb. It consistently helps prioritise which partnerships to spend time on - and which accounts we should work on with those partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring Crossbeam with your CRM to ensure it pulls the right data could be clearer. I talk about Crossbeam with all my partners. The biggest blocker is my partners being slow in figuring out how to set it up.

It is so easy to set up initially, and then it's really easy to other partners set up on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's a great tool. My team uses it a lot.

Sharing partner overlaps with our technology partner ecosystem.
Must have solution for Sales Reps & Partnership Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless data migration (we used Hubspot). My personal favorite is the reporting tool which makes lead-sharing easy and fun. Customer success reps are also amazing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reporting tool shows no overlaps due to wrong data formatting when using CSV or customized pipelines on CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me save a ton of time for lead sharing sessions with partners :)
Excellent tool to generate connections between partners and ecosystem.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to integrate with other partners/companies with the click of a few buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to dislike about Crossbeam. They have excellent support and constantly improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam gives instantaneous access to generate new connections that normally take hours of research. As such, I am more productive and able to use my time more efficiently in other areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the account mapping functionality and reporting. Makes it so easy to run a quick evaluation against the partnership opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful to be able to better track partner invites with access to email addresses sent to and ability to send follow ups, etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam allows us to quickly identify opportunities at a glance by taking the manual work out of pulling prospect and customer data for evaluation. This saves us a ton of time, energy and spreadsheet creation.
This tool is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility into the potential opportunity with a prospective partner. It's a great way to determine whether the upside is enough to pursue a partnership. This saves my team so much time and takes a lot of the guesswork out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crossbeam is super easy to use and there's nothing that I truly dislike about it. A minor inconvenience is going back to adjust some of the share settings to get certain information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam provides visibility that my team did not have before. We can see the upside to potential partnerships more clearly. This saves us time and gives us confidence in the partnerships we're choosing to pursue. Crossbeam is also helping us create marketing campaigns and does a lot of the heavy lifting for co-selling initiatives.
Very seamless integration!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. I quickly integrated my reports and customer information to share with my partner, Google Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a standard tool that is used with all partners now.

No more manual reporting! Automation rules!
