  • October 18, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Nexthink is its utility for our 1st and 2nd line support teams. Nexthink is a tool used daily and it enables us to proactively monitor issues and reduce initial ticket numbers effectively. Additionally, it simplifies remote tasks, making them just a click away. The customer suppport is very reactive and quick, the team at Nexthink are very delightful to work with on integrating new tools and make it easy for us to use nexthink as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides with Nexthink, as it has consistently proven to be a positive tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is allowing us to have a more proactive approach towards our technical issues, this allows us to make more time to upskill our support desks and to have a good technical experience for our customers

Incredible tool to drive efficiency and automation

  • October 10, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use tool to manage digital user experience. Implementation for Infinity is extremely simple. Customer support is always quick to respond and resolve issues. It's a daily tool for the EUC team to get a hollistic view of the estate. Allows the service to perform complex troubleshooting at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The only downside since moving to Infinity is it seems to be that more features are being sold as paid add-ons. We could monitor applications as "Services) in the Finder but since moving to Infinity we now have to pay for Application Experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us move towards pro-active IT and automating the repetitive issues seen.

Nexthink - Leader in Digital Employee Experience

  • October 03, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is a lightweight agent that provides so many details about endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more native fields collected rather than having a remote action. For instance, viewing installed drivers on devices. Instead of having remote actions for audio, network, display, etc, it should be collected by the collector and available to query directly within the NQL data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping devices up-to-date with drivers has been a huge benefit for us. The remote actions run silently in the background and keep all drivers up-to-date to enhance user experiences.

Discovering Nexthink: An Early Review, Post Implementation

  • August 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Nexthink Infinity platform makes reporting and visulizing data easy. The platform has a short learning curve which allows staff to be empowered to make assessments. The professional services, engineering and team at Nexthink have all been great to work with and are highly trained in their respective roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
NQL has its challenges and limitations. Remote actions can be finicky and require validation for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink provides a high level overview of the organization and having the 30 day timeline to go back and validate issues staff experience has been tremendously helpful. The platform is also especially great at picking versions of applications to move to with their Binary Profiling tool. This allows us, a smaller endpoint environment to levearge the millions of endpoints other customers have already moved or rallied around.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is very straight forward and user-friendly, from day one you can start off with the amazing features provided out of the box.

Nexthink doesn't have the capability to run infrastructe in the moment alerting, as there are local restraints or 15 minute minimum intervils.

Nexthink has allowed us to monitor application crashes that happened on alot of our devices, as a result of this we have been able to take this data and work on fixes for our devices to allow end users to have a seemless expeirence

Provides effective monitoring functionality and proactive support capabilities

  • July 16, 2024
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

We use the product to analyze systems and devices through the console, identify issues affecting the environment, and provide proactive support to prevent these problems. It helps us investigate and analyze frequent VSODs, memory utilization, and CPU usage.

How has it helped my organization?

The platform offers significant benefits by reducing the need for manual troubleshooting through its proactive insights and analysis. This helps resolve issues more efficiently and decreases IT effort.

What is most valuable?

The solution's most valuable features are its cloud capabilities, particularly the dashboards and metrics. These features offer user satisfaction details and application scores, crucial for understanding user issues and providing appropriate support.

What needs improvement?

There could be a streamlined NQL and SQL query functionality, as it can be complex. An easier way to modify queries would be beneficial for the product.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with Nexthink for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate the product stability a nine or ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I am currently handling Nexthink for seven clients. These clients are from enterprise-level companies. I rate the scalability a nine out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team is very responsive, providing quick assistance and effective follow-up on support tickets.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is complex due to the need to log in to multiple engines. However, with Infiniti on the cloud, we can view all systems in one go, greatly enhancing efficiency.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend Nexthink for its monitoring and proactive support capabilities. I rate it a ten out of ten.

Nexthink - Continuing to help change our game

  • July 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Difficult to isolate one area. The contextualised dashboards are excellent for a top level sense check of how things are going generally and are managerially friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little difficult to find what you're after. Simply because there's so much to dig into. It's hardly a complaint really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is invaluable for analysis relating to Problems (in the ITIL sense of the word) and trend analysis. The binary profiling function in particular is a very quick way of ascertaining how an application or executable is behaving within our company compared with other companies data which is anonymised and available for such benchmarking. The use of a growing list of remote actions to either acquire information from target devices or to deploy a remidation to a target group is helping us resolve repeat issues on the fly.
