Its a good product that is easy to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
It covered a need not currently offered by Mircorosft and it is very easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little on the expensive side, but not too bad if mixed in with their other offereings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft doesnt not offer a built in solution for backup of the Office 365 suite.
Backing up 365 Cloud data is crucial and we love the Barracuda cloud product.
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was simple and fast and the daily reports make feeling secure easy. We have had to restore a few files and emails and the process was extremely easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is the only downside. Seems a little pricey for Cloud to cloud.

Office 365 backup for our tenant.

1. The Cloud-to-Cloud backup in Barracuda’s Premium solution was a key factor in our decision to choose and continue with Barracuda.
2. This feature is unique to Barracuda; no other vendors provide this solution.
3. Reduces the application footprint, removing the need for third-party solutions and Office 365 integration.
4. Built-in API integration makes setup and management much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. User interface is simple and has limited functionality. There is definitly room for imporvements
2. Restore Pre-view is missing. Not have an option view the data before restoration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Cloud backup for Office 365 was essiential for us. We have the ability to backup Office 365, TEAMS and OneDrive data backup.
It has reduced overall cost of ownership too.

Superb Product
What do you like best about the product?
I set this up just once and it does everything in the background without any further input! No fuss, no muss!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything! About as perfect of a product as you can ask for!

Takes all the guess work out of configuring and maintaining M365 backups!

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud to Cloud Backup is extremely easy to use and depoy. I use it in conjunction with our M365 tenant. The customer support during the implementation process was amazing. I have only had to go use it once or twice to actually recover files for users but it was simple and quick to find what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an eDiscovery module that i could subscribe to. Seeing how it already backs up outlook and they offer an email defense gateway I am going to keep my fingers crossed that this is on their product roadmap.

The Barracuda services in general gave me a simple affordable solution for cloud to could backup and at the same time replaced several different solutions i was using bringing everything under one roof.

it is super easy to use and most of all when you need to restore it is super easy. Need help, the support reps at barracuda are the best in the business.

While Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup offers robust features and strong security measures, one potential drawback is the price. It is not cheap especially for a non profit setup where every pennny is scrutinized.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup helps address data protection and continuity by securely backing up our cloud-based applications like Microsoft 365 . This solution benefits our organization by preventing data loss from accidental deletions, malware, or malicious actions, with quick, flexible recovery options. It also reduces risks associated with relying solely on primary cloud providers for data retention, helping to meet compliance requirements and ensuring continuity in case of downtime or cyber incidents. This streamlined approach is especially valuable for our organization.
Short, sweet, effective
What do you like best about the product?
I looked at a variety of providers, Barracuda is cost-effective, well-managed, intuitive - and the service is excellent. It's not only useful for back-up, but also for the occasional migration off-platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our SharePoint sites are actually stored under the "Teams" component, which was initially confusing. Once that was clear, everything was excellent again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I now have indelible copies of all our files. Second, I worry a lot less about ransomeware. Finally, it's just easy to use. I don't need a secret decoder ring to figure out the system.
Excellen C2C Backup solution that works flawlessy everytime I test, and was a breeze to setup

The ability and ease to restore individual files or folders

Nothing at this time, but the ability to also backup popular SaaS platforms such as Salesforce would be great.

Barracuda C2C solves backing up our data securely and safely with ease of restore. This software grants excellent peace of mind knowing we have an accurate backup of our company data.
Excellent Cloud Backup!
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of mind. Knowing that I'm able to grab OneDrive and email data historically is a huge boon, moreso now that Microsoft is starting to charge for unlicensed storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the option to set a later expiration for large exports would help.
