What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is to take backup of Office 365 and Intune.
To back up Office 365, I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to recover files or mailboxes, and to restore deleted emails from the backup.
What is most valuable?
The best features Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup offers are ease of access and a good, easy process for restoring OneDrive or mailbox.
What makes the restore process easy for me is that the interface is intuitive; I just have to click through the steps to completion.
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has positively impacted my organization by helping us with disaster recovery planning and providing redundancy. In case of data loss, we can rely on Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. A specific example of how Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has helped with disaster recovery is that users often come back to us saying they were unable to find a file, and we are able to locate and restore that file from the backup.
What needs improvement?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is good so far and I do not think it can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can recover information, such as emails or documents, and restore it to its original location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is complicated to filter or search for a record by a specific date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often users suffer unintentional losses of emails because they delete them by mistake. This way, we can be sure that it is possible to recover them easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Barracuda Cloud to Cloud Backup is how simple the SaaS experience is. Once it’s set up to run backups, we can essentially leave it to work quietly in the background.
The UI/UX is straightforward, and while it could use a slight modern makeover, it doesn’t overwhelm users. It integrates well with Microsoft 365. The first backup can take some time, but after that the smaller incremental backups run naturally. Pricing is very reasonable compared to the competition, especially with unlimited backups and the retention policies.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda C2C backup is a great backup solution for any team using Microsoft products, as it integrates seamlessly with them - whether it's OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, or even your Entra ID objects and configuration. It just runs on its own in the background, making backups, which you can then very easily browse in your web browser on their panel - searching through them, selecting items to restore, and being able to restore them *in-place* - no more manually downloading a backup, picking out the files you need, and placing them back where they belong. Just tick a file and click "restore" and it just... appears where it's supposed to be! The experience is great, and everything around it is too - it integrates well with SSO allowing us to control access to it properly, it's secure, and it's easily accessible from Barracuda's all-in-one dashboard with their other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there isn't much to say, the only thing is that when looking at larger backups the page can be a bit slow to load. But that's understandable, considering we are talking about browsing a backup of tens of millions of files! And they have been improving the dashboard experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people think of backup as a disaster recovery scenario - everything went wrong and we lost our data! And while Barracuda C2C Backup is great for that too, another spot it shines in is just more day-to-day stuff. Someone deleted a file and emptied the trash? No worries, we can restore it from C2C backup. Accidentally deleted an important email, or Exchange had a hiccup? No worries, it's there too, again restored with a click. So it really offers the best of both worlds, allowing us to restore things day-to-day as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides reliable, easy-to-access backups of our email data, which gives us confidence that important messages can be recovered whenever we need them. I use it regularly to restore emails, and the recovery process is quick, straightforward, and easy to follow. Overall, it has been extremely dependable and supports business continuity by protecting us against accidental deletion and other forms of data loss. The UI is easy to learn, it integrates well with Microsoft 365 products, and the pricing feels fair for what the product does for us. Support is always there to help with any issues we have and we have never had a problem getting an issue resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system can feel a bit slow, but I understand this is being addressed through filters and any development needed to help speed things up. Whenever we run into issues, the support team is always there to help us resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup helps protect our business from data loss caused by accidental deletion, user error, or other unexpected issues. It also allows us to recover emails quickly when needed, which reduces downtime and helps ensure important business data remains accessible. Overall, it gives us confidence that critical information is consistently protected and can be recovered whenever necessary. It integrates very well with Microsoft 365 products and supports us day to day when we need to recover any data.

It's very simple in its usage and saves us from many headaches, the recent UI improvements are also very welcome

What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability and ease of recovery stand out. Automated backups, granular restore options, and comprehensive Microsoft 365 coverage provide strong protection against data loss while keeping management simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about the solution. If anything, I would appreciate more advanced reporting, analytics, and search capabilities to simplify the management of large backup environments. Overall, the platform is reliable, easy to use, and delivers the functionality we need.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup provides an essential layer of protection beyond native Microsoft 365 retention capabilities. What do you like best about the product?
the setup was fast, it was just a one button click to connect it to our exchange servers and tenant. I have not encountered any AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
licensing is difficult to navigate, with every little addon being a separate license and entitlement.

real retention for file recovery and mostly self service.

What do you like best about the product?
The backup lets you keep an unlimited number of retention periods. The pricing feels fair compared to other alternatives. It works reliably without failures, since it uses an Entra ID app to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options require an additional paid add-on, such as backing up Entra apps.
