    What do you like best about the product?
    It's nearly set it and forget it - just what a busy admin needs to keep things running smoothly. Super easy to set up and support is awesome if needed.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I honestly don't have a dislike about it. It's been great.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Making 365 a breeze to keep backed up and restores are quick and easy.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that I can backup all of the Mail boxes for my corporation and can backup my Entra ID for safety
    What do you dislike about the product?
    the interface needs to be much improved, the movement inbetween screens is very slow , the search function is almost useless unless you know exact phrase ,, trying to search by date doesn't return results.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    having the mail structure and mail boxes backed up and Onedrive backed up since alot of users use OneDrive and wasn't backed up previous

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best is the simplicty of the system. It works well and is easy to restore and backup.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    What I don't like is when you are doing a restore job, it does not update you with any progress. You see that it is restoring and then when it is done. But you don't get a progress bar along the way.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I can backup my entire m365 suite including my Entra ID. I can set this to happen frequently and the success with this backup tool has been outstanding.

    The customer support is amazing. They have helped me understand everything that our Barracuda Clou-to-Cloud Backup has to offer.

    There isnt much that I dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Once its integrated with the tennant, it seems to be set it and forget it. Have spot checked and been able to recover emails, and also find sharepoint files created from the very first backup. Now the new released Entra backup should be helpful too. Havent needed it yet.

    I'm not aware of there being an alert option for failures. There may be one but currently not enabled that i'm aware of.

    Backup Costs.
