What is our primary use case?
A quick specific example of how I use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup in my daily work is that it has been a lifesaver platform in my organization, particularly when it comes to protecting our Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook data. Recurring issues we face are users accidentally deleting important files and emails. With Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup , we are able to recover deleted data without any issue or hassle.
How has it helped my organization?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has positively impacted our organization because we no longer worry about our users opening suspicious emails. We feel protected and we do not worry about cybersecurity attacks against us.
Since we have used Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, we have seen fewer attacks on cyber threats. We used to have a lot of suspicious activities, but we are now getting attacked less frequently.
What is most valuable?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is an incredible solution that is efficient and user-friendly. The setup process is straightforward and the interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage backups and restores. The data recovery process with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is very easy without much hassle. We are able to recover our lost files or the files that we delete accidentally.
What needs improvement?
One area where Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup can be improved is the ability to see the total used storage, as there is no ability to check that.
I chose a rating of nine out of ten because I do not see the storage amount used for backup. I have given a nine out of ten because it is very easy to use and it has reduced internal attacks and phishing attacks, as well as cyber phishing attacks.

Before Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, we used Druva Data Security Cloud .
I decided to switch from Druva Data Security Cloud to Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup because Druva was not effective and was not proactive in reducing cybersecurity attacks. When we used Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, the threats were reduced instantly by 80%.
How was the initial setup?
My advice to others looking into using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is that it is easy to set up, and it is a very comprehensive and secure platform that assures us no phishing emails. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has reduced all the cyber attacks by 80%, and we do not have to worry anymore about our data protection. We have peace of mind, and it is a great backup solution for our data.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily reporting functionality provides quick, high level summaries that make our weekly scrums very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified anything that I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recovering a users OneDrive data is so much easier with this tool and using the native Admin Sharepoint interface that looks like it was created in the early 2000s. You really have to know your way around the legacy portal and Barracuda does a great job of making it a very quick and seamless process.

Simple (eventual) set-up, effective backup solution, clean interface and fast, good support when required.

No ability to see total used storage, as is a license-based model.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Back is just stupid simple to use. The backups are done daily, are immutable, and easy to pull down an export. I recently needed to grab a copy of a file that was stored on SharePoint from two weeks ago and was able to drill into the item, export it and provide it to the requestor in minutes. We also use this to backup the emails and OneDrive files for terminated users by grabbing an export of the email PST and the OneDrive contents and writing them off to secondary storage. This takes a lot less effort that doing so directly from Microsoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints at this time.

Having secure backups and immutable backups and keeping them for years.

What is our primary use case?
Our customers primarily use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for backing up Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Exchange email, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and Teams data.
What is most valuable?
I find restoration and setup to be the most valuable features because they are easy to use, easy to find, and easy to set up for the first time. Restoration allows me to recover a single file or a whole library or folder quickly, with the option to restore to either the original location or a new location. The latest updates have improved user-friendliness, especially for business-to-business interactions, enabling me to handle backup restorations and setups efficiently for my customers.
What needs improvement?
Navigating through folders and finding files can be a bit slow, taking up to three to five seconds between clicks, which feels slow compared to the speed in SharePoint or a browser. While this may depend on the data being loaded, speeding up this process would be an improvement.

I have been working with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
From my experience, the stability of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is excellent.
