Barracuda Cloud to Cloud worth an investigation
What do you like best about the product?
This product is realy good. the installation and guides are abosolutely spot on. But the biggest plus of this is Barracuda customer support, which unlike any other produsct we work with. Barracuda goes out of its way to ensure you have good points of contacts, with a friendly and approachable team. No issue is too small for them to spend the time help you out.
The interface is clear, easy to manage and understand.

Nothing much, It is growing up, slowly it will get required attention.A good product for cloud backup.

Now, my backups are super safe up in the cloud, and getting back specific files feels like magic. Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a very easy-to-use cloud backup service that is there in the market. It is a very secure SaaS product. The seamless integration and implementation that we experience while working with the service is a great experience. We use the product very frequently and we are satisfied with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great service. It has great features which are not found in other similar or synergic products in the market. I also would love to see to expand its integration experiences to other gamut of applications and platforms.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is helping us secure back up. We had performed research on build versus buy for the same. we found that Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is better than building the same for our internal requirements. Also integration, customer support experiences and implementation are awesome.

I love scheduled backups, It's a very convenient feature and can save data safely and is always accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a decently bad experience with the setup process, it might just be a one-off case but I issue got resolved after a little digging.

Data Recovery and Data Protection is a huge issue and that's what Barracuda makes easy for us. And I believe this is very reliable with good support.

This software is simple to use,setup,integrate and implement in any kind of organisation.
The backup features such as replication, inline deduplication and unlimited cloud storage plays a vital role for this software.
Platform support is also very effective in solving queries raised by customers.

The User Interface of the barracuda backup software could be improved as more modernized which is still having the old kind of user interface and it is not intuitive.
I feel the frequency of use of the software among the organisation will be increased by updating the above things.

It helps to provide quick review of backup status especially crucial emails and also helps to restore lost and deleted mails.

Tedious to migrate: Once started using one particular cloud storage provider it is difficult to migrate data to another cloud provider.
The frequency of use is at the starting stage in our organisation so the above point could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the fact that I can easily restore Microsoft 365 Data from any user. And the restore process is super fast.
Another good point is that I don't have to worry about any Data Retention limitations either. Easy to integrate.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the perfect fit for our clients as it's put them in control of of there Online Backup up needs.
The dashboards is super easy to understand so it means less calls to us. As the client can actually see and understand how there data is being backed up and restored.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple to use the solution is and the great technical services that barracuda provides. The user interface is very intuitive and operations are mostly touch-free. I can schedule hourly or daily backups for my most mission critical workloads to less frequent lower tier backups. Of course this is all great because the solution was easy to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I wish could be added around schedules of backups and storage costs for cloud endpoints but overall the solution is very viable. I also wish that it was easier to integrate into some of my enterprise tooling
