Online backups all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-cloud backups is a great service. I can rest at ease knowing that Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams are getting backed up every night for all of the employee's accounts.
Its easy to use and quick to find and restore a users file(s) with a couple of clicks.

So far there is nothing I dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud is backing up daily which puts my mind at ease that users documents and data are safely being backed up.
Its quick and easy to find a users account and find the file they have lost or deleted and get it restored within minutes.

Its a bit laggy otherwise its a good service

I backup my data and its very convenient for me to backup my data. Its easy to share

The ui design is really very easy to understand all the options are places properly making it easier to navitage
I was easily able to do my backups and share links to whomsoever neede without any hiccups
Aalso the reputation of Barracuda is at top so not to worry data is safe secure and confidential

The servers could be a bitt more faster and lag free

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is, it is reliable cloud backup after Microsoft Cloud. It also provides 365 protection, which is essential for sensitive and valuable data related to the company. The free trial is efficient to know the ease in using the product and how streamlined & quick it is to back up the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, just one thing, it is a bit complex to restore the data, as compared to Microsoft restoration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works as a second backup on cloud for us after Microsoft Cloud, to make sure our data is not only back up quickly but secured also from various cyber threats. It is an effective solution for all sensitive data holder companies, I would presonally recommend this!

A great cloud back-up system
What do you like best about the product?
It runs seamless and is the data is available when needed

If I had to say anything is that it takes a while for the back ups to run and you cant export while another back up is running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Restoring emails for example for when a user have left the business and a email is required. Or during a ransomware attack.
Brilliant Product that should be at the forefront when deplloying MS365

the most helpful about the product is the staff behind it,
nothing is too much trouble for them

we never realised on how much we needed this since being able to carry out the restores

on the current platform for Cloud to Cloud backup , there is no privelege level grouping
which is being addressed in a new release

this is solving a lack of our backups in the MS365 estate

Easy to use and install; API integration with M365; drill down for restore file level; excellent customer support; good performance.

I do not have any downsides. All features are good.

Daily M365 applications are backed up effortlessly. Microsoft recommends using a third party tool for backups.
