What is most valuable?
The product's most valuable feature is the backup retention policy. Customers can have unlimited retention with the user-level license.
What needs improvement?
They should adapt to new parameters as the market grows. They must identify entities or market parameters after COVID-19 situations and upgrade the product.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for approximately two years. My company has been working for more than ten years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution performs well using API integration with primarily incremental parameters.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We recommend Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises but not for dedicated large enterprises.
How was the initial setup?
A customer can start using Barracuda by first obtaining a license. Once the license is activated, customers can load their data into the product. The documented article contains the steps for implementation. It takes 45 minutes to deploy. However, the backup time may vary depending on the amount of data. For example, a customer with 100GB of data per user may experience a backup time of an hour.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The product's pricing is based on the customer's needs because every customer is different. Depending on the case, we can make the deal per the customer's budget. We cannot commit to a price for the customer. However, once the seats have been increased, the number of licenses will also increase, making it more economical.
What other advice do I have?
The platform is good for any customer who is moving to Barracuda products. Its portfolio has been growing and evolving quickly. It is a full-featured vendor that can provide a good solution for various needs.
Overall, I rate it a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
It does it's job and it does it's job well! Cloud O365 data backup set up was extremely easy. It was all set up in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface can be a little too simplistic and can be a hinderance when need to find something specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per compliance requirements, we needed to have a Cloud backup option and Barracuda was exactly the solution we needed! It also brings peace of mind as all email and productivity have been removed from prem which has taken control out of our hands. Barracuda brings that control back to us.

Finding an backup they can backup all our users without any issue and retoring would be quit easy

Easy to use, connects seamlessly with Office 365, single pane of glass for backup/restore visibility

Features seem a bit limited, but overall headed in the right direction!

Protecting Office 365 data (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) and ensuring that reliable, secure backups are in-place and available to restore data.

Lots of solutions on the market, try out various providers and evaluate them accordingly.

Easy, user friendly UI to backup Office 365 data, including Outlook mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint data. Was quick to setup and connect to O365.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! There are sometimes backup errors when it cant access individual emails/folders within an Outlook mailbox

Ensuring that O365 data is backed up in a secure environment, as no backup solutions are provided by Microsoft. Easy way to restore missing emails, files, etc.

There are a lot of solutions on the market, and it's easy to trial and compare them. Evaluate a few solutions, there are low cost options available that work well

it is the best insurance you can get in the cloud! no need to worry about your data. plus there is no hardware to replace or manage.

Resistance from employees in the company that your data is not in hands.
