As a DBA Admin and Web lover, it's a real pleasure to use Nexthink in my day-to-day. Very useful and simple to check events and present data with beautiful insights

Nothing special for the moment. Keep it simple is the key...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've never had a tool that allows us to see in real time what the user feels, whether with their physical hardware or our applications. Now it's done!

The tool always has something that will help you to find out what is wrong and helps to solve it.

The connectivity and configuration of the On Primse is difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
To have all relevant information available in one place - and that in nearly realtime. If you some information should be missing there's for sure a remote action available that provides this information or you can even write one yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently it is clearly visible that the product is in the middel of the transition to a cloud native tool and therefore some known functionality is missing. With the current speed of development this transition won't take long until feature parity.

Seing is beleiving. When nexthink shows you something, you can be sure that this is what you have out there in the wild. nexthink allows us to track reliably what is being rolled out to our environment through other tools.

Comprehensive features and a continuous improvement plan bring in elements that help manage the endpoints. A robust integration platform is also the best.

Some features should allow customization. Every organization's needs will be different. Such customization helps to tailor the tool as per needs.

The only thing that I dislike about Nexthink is the implementation of remote actions on our end. This is less about Nexthink and more our environment.

Nexthink is greatly helping our implementation of Windows 11. The platform is also vital in better approaching our lifecycle management.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Nexthink is that it provides so many new areas to focus on within IT. The visibility alone is enough to make your head spin. So unless you point yourself in a direction, you could be overwhelmed with how much information you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is helping us solve visibility into the experience of applications, collaboration tools, and device performance. They also allow us to engage with employees without interrupting their workflow through low-key notifications and surveys. They are also helping us automate complex service desk workflows.
