What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to personalize the tool of a practical and effective achieving to create very dynamic boards in which the activities that you have to be developed and executed by all the members of the work team are guided achieving this way, improving the whole workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is a bit complex to handle the first few days so it is a bit confusing to understand the proper functioning of its functions.

Is very useful and easy to use as it allows you to manage all projects in a useful and efficient way .

What do you like best about the product?
Provides an excellent tool to design agile methodologies that allow a more efficient approach to the activities or tasks that are pending to be developed in my business. In addition, the design of its interface is responsive, allowing full adaptation to different devices. Speaking a little about consumer support, it is quite effective in solving the problems that may arise, in addition to responding in fairly short periods of time, so I do not stay stuck waiting for a response from them. The reports it issues are quite complete and very well designed, which provides information of ideal weight for decision-making within the organization or simply to adapt processes within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization of the views of the entities is somewhat poor, which does not allow a custom design of them. Prices are somewhat expensive, which is a disadvantage for small companies since they lose sight of the benefits that this system offers them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was used as a tool to design new development strategies within my company, since we were looking for a tool that would allow us to design and structure new adaptation mechanisms to the needs that the current world demands, and we consider that through this application We could take that first step, since it presents many approaches to agile methodologies, which are the ones that are dominating the current market.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool very flexible to make it work according to your needs.Tracking time and cost for multiple ongoing projects is very easy. Also work efficiency can be improved by great visuals generated by this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setting up and making this software know about your projects needs time and patience. Also if lot is going on the UI gets overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of time and cost tracking when working with multiple projects. And easily improve budget and timeframe by studying visuals.
A decent tool to track Software Dev work; they have come a long way in adding features
What do you like best about the product?
The current version of TargetProcess offers many different ways to configure automations, workflows and customizations. If you looked at TP even 2 years ago, the product is very different and much improved from that version. They have really listened to what we wanted out of it and done the work to roll out functionality that they didn't have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the backend configuration requires a bit of coding. I'm not a career developer, so sometimes it takes me a little while to work through the code in order to make things work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that can keep track of all our software devleopment work with a few different products that we offer. We use the Epcs, Features, User Story, Tasks and Bugs in order to track the life cycle of our products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan out your projects and processes very carefully before beginning to create cards. Once you have those in place, it can be difficult to change them.

It's a simple, easy to use web interface and has a great set of functionality. In our company there are multiple teams that are cross-functional and have multiple projects, and can work together on TargetProcess effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature quite useless - cannot do a proper extended search. Otherwise nothing major.

Its way of effectively managing the projects that are generated, the established processes and the needs of the company is really incredible, it is easy to use and is characterized by its ability to customize based on the requirements of the company precisely, optimizing management of marketing and recruitment. On the other hand, its technical support is wonderful because it has a "Live Chat" with trained personnel to handle the different situations that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
In situations it gets a little slow and makes it difficult to extract essential data, thus hindering the operability of the moment, but it is important to recognize that this fault occurs due to the excess of recorded data and assigned functionalities, I would dare to call it "a normal fault" based In the logic of the matter.

I like Targeprocess because of its high capacity to make different tables in the workplace, it adapts in any work environment and to my needs. It helps me to keep reports in order by providing effective tools for the realization of logical structure projects. Targetprocess is good and flexible, it helps me keep everything in order and work with much more performance.

Sometimes it becomes a little slow when performing various tasks, however I like handling and flexibility when keeping tasks and projects in order.

Targetprocess offers us a great methodology for the realization of jobs and the ability to create projects with a good workflow. Keeps business or individual projects in order making better management of the company. Notification system is a great advantage. Also, the best feature is recently browsed, making it easy to navigate.

Moving and transforming entities to a different hierarchy could be easier, also this not so easy to use interface makes it harder to introduce new people to the platform.

We are using Targetprocess in our daily IT backlog solutions. A great benefit is having a universal platform which everyone can access and comment on. Makes communication about bugs and features much easier.

This tool is really good for project management, it is incredibly easy to use this software, this is very good because it does not require to be an expert programmer, the ability to personalize is also very good.

Being very honest truth is not something that I do not like, there are some things that can be improved as the function of labeling, but it really is not a serious problem at a general level it adapts very well to our needs and we are satisfied with the use of this software.

This tool turned out to be a great solution to have the perfect control of the project management, because we always have multiple projects in development at the same time it was very complicated to keep control of the management and time, Targetprocess makes it possible to work more organized and more efficiently.
