I use Airtable everyday!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can build my Airtable however I like and feel comfortable with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able to link to my Outlook for email and contacts. Not quite sure how that integrates, but it would b very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Airtable, I was using numerous Excel spreadsheets and even a word doc to track all my projects. now, it’s all integrated into one place!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, set up a few projects and see how you end up using it.
Highly customizable with great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Airtable is extremely customizable. Rather than having prefilled, immovable fields, it allows you to create, change, move, and/or delete fields to create the software that will work for YOU!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people that I have recommended Airtable to have decided not to use it because they have been intimidated by the robust software. The simple fact that it can do so much is a turnoff to some potential customers because they aren't sure how to get it set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have two separate direct sales businesses that I run from home. I have been able to create bases, or databases, for each of them with Airtable. It really streamlines my life and makes everything SO MUCH EASIER because I know that I am tracking inventory, orders, expenses, customers, etc.
A wonderful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed how versatile airtable is - no matter the task I could find a way to organize and project-manage. I like how I can have multiple boards and timelines, with different employees assigned to do certain tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes it takes me a while to figure out how best to use airtable. Sometimes, I will hit road blocks and would have to scrap the template or continue using when I know there may have been a more efficient way. I say the time it takes to learn upfront can be a little daunting. I also would say that I'm mostly accustomed to google docs/sheets so at times, I try to approach airtable in a similar manner and because the airtable template may be new, It takes up more of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to know manage on a project level as well as task-level and be able to track where my interns are at with their workload.
Powerful but easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes it easy to manage many different simple or relational data tables and access them to enter or retrieve data from desktop or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, no complaints. I use Airtable almost every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track personal and professional date with Airtable, especially records for routine maintenance for hardware, contact details for contractors and partners.

Give Airtable a try, it's very easy to get started, and powerful when you need it to be.
Excellent Tracking Table
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. There are many templates for any solution that you may need. Also easy to modify for your own use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits to the base size for pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared budget with roommate, job search tracking, home improvement projects, vacation planning, just to name a few. What I find most useful is setting my budgets.
Amazing to organize information to your property
What do you like best about the product?
I use Airtable to enter organize information on a property that I am looking to sell. Airtable gives my client the opportunity to enter their data and share it with my colleagues and myself. Hence, work can be done fast and increase productivity. Not only that, it is great for social media market as you can put information into calendars. You can suit to share information with anyone by giving them a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable does not auto refresh it self so sometimes when you enter a new data it doesn’t automatically populate. And there can sometimes be a glitch in the system, in that entered data becomes available the next day. Apart of that the software is great! And the best part about being great is that it allows one people to collaborate on your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with colleagues overseas and manipulating data. Airtable helps to keep data organized. For me personally I do land-flipping as such I keep the Airtable up to date so that my client know how for I am in my process. The Airtable allows you to store leads and vital information so you would have no need for a sale assistant as the information are well organized and easy to be interpret.

Airtable is great to collaborate with employees oversea as virtual assistants and promise to improve productivity so get on with it.
The management of collaborative projects with their own twist
What do you like best about the product?
It allows low-tech teams to create solutions for managing business data without having to create separate web applications. Allows you to easily view data in tables and spreadsheets in a variety of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has some project management functions, it is not an ideal project management tool. We want to see innovative features that are continuously improved and added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we moved from a traditional project management system to a dedicated Kanban system, we felt that there was not enough space to accommodate other documents and spreadsheets that we might need to create. Google Sheets never seemed to be a suitable solution for us, because we wanted database software that was lighter than spreadsheet software. Airtable provides what we need and is especially useful for our marketing team to plan and organize data and leads. It is powerful enough to allow us to create or visualize a new set of data without having to think about creating a small web application to do it well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is well suited to situations where spreadsheets are not the most appropriate or useful data management method, and creating or implementing separate complex database tools can slow down teamwork too much. Airtable allows the creation and visualization of databases without technical implementation.
Easily Build Database with Airtable Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable offers a plethora of easy-to-use templates that make it easy to set up a simple database for your company or organization. Whether you are trying to track customer contact information, last-contact dates, or manage a large project, Airtable has templates that make it easy to build custom data sheets that not only function well but are easy to understand and visually appealing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable differs from Excel in that it is a relational database. Excel formulas may or may not work in Airtable. Choose Airtable if you don't have a good grasp of Excel or need something that is easier to navigate than a basic spreadsheet. If you will miss the power of Excel formulas, however, Airtable may not be your first choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has improved the quality and ease of our case management. Its powerful sorting and filtering features allow us to know which cases are open, pending, and closed. You can save multiple data views such as calendar view, status view etc so that everyone can view the data in a way that most makes sense to them. Very customizable.
Excellent collaboration features.
What do you like best about the product?
It has many integrations that allow many functions to be loaded as spreadsheets with Excel. Increases team collaboration by sharing tables and information. Airtable is very easy to use, I have the ability to customize and configure any report with my favorite colors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is a software that is excellent but very expensive. It should also be more private for customers who view the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has served us to collect information and collaborate with the content of our social networks. In our marketing department it has been incredible, it has adjusted to the team's planning and we have been able to present proposals to clients with personalized reports.

All functions are quality related, the interface is very fluid and meets the collaborative characteristics needed for optimal performance. Airtable is the solution.
Scheduled social network publications.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to create publications and attach them to social networks. I can schedule the publications every day. It helps me so that others can collaborate in the programming. It is very simple to use, intuitive and efficient. Its price gives me the peace of mind of being able to have a tool of work adapted to a limited budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more space to write well-defined or extensive subtitles. It would be acceptable to be able to label a day as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen the publications as they have been more personalized with Airtable, we can program our publications and establish a logical criteria of when and when to upload our products. Our entire team can work together on projects without any problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable I recommend it for your social networks, it gives you the solid flexibility to create an exceptional work plan in terms of advertising and content uploading. It works very well and has the advantage of being able to have a social network with a growing reach of possible new customers.
