Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can import all my current projects and things on the horizon. I love that it is color coded, as well as completely customizable to my needs. I am working on making this a hub for our whole team - a place to organize our content. I also love that I can include links, as well as import photos/assets for different tasks and projects. I also like that I can send a link to someone who doesn't have Airtable and they can access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is easy to get "too" organized and broken apart on projects to where there is a lot of information to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking to solve our content management, as well as project management problems. I am hoping to collaborate with team members with it. Current benefits include a one stop shop for all our projects across our many ministries.

Take your time to play with it before attempting to implement it or share with others. It can be easy to be overwhelmed by the many abilities Airtable has!

What do you like best about the product?
is a more visual and easy to use google sheet or excel spreadsheet. it has a wide variety of use cases. we keep track of all of our clients sales, agreements, and deliverables within this software. because of its easy to use visual interface, it was very simple for everyone on the team to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
at certain times, depending on what is looking to be accomplished, it can be hard to link or reference certain cells when making equations. airtable easily allows you to link different sheets in a logical format, but if you are doing something outside of this, it may be harder. applications like google sheets or excel allow you to be more creative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
airtable has allowed us to keep track of client sales, agreements, and obligations, as well as other pertinent data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is definitely worth exploring, and the free version offers a variety of features. you may be able to get away with using excel or sheets, but if you would like a little more visually pleasing software, you can go with airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
in terms of functionality, airtable is basically a google sheet or an excel file. it is almost different. however the UI is much cleaner and easier to use for people who don't know who to write equations or use VBA. it also makes it easier to get things done because it is less equations and most of the common things can be done pretty easily
What do you dislike about the product?
when you get to linking things in a certain manner or trying to do something that would normally be done using a complicated equation in excel or google docs, you may have some difficulty in finding a work around in airtable. you can do almost everything, but sometimes there is some difficulty in finding a workaround. airtable integrates seamlessly with programs like zapier or another api based program which really comes in handy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking data - almost no different than a regular spreadsheet. solves problem of manual calculations and keeping track of data in one place on cloud based program rather than a local file so everyone can see and use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the free version willl likely suit your needs and you may not need to purchase anything which makes it good. this program makes things simpler than a google sheet and also provides a nice visual representation of data that can be easily understood by others, especially those who may not be as into data management

What do you like best about the product?
It’s like excel on steroids... it’s such a good tool for tracking basically anything. Building practically anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that pro plans seems to be applied only to certain workspaces, maybe by default should be applied to all, maybe it is and I don’t know it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Academic investigations. Big tracking. Events planning, geo localization tracking tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize goals and distribute them amongst teammates. Being able to sort, add notes, group, and check them off really streamlines the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of time getting used to the interface and figuring out how to do everything and use the functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is used with my team and I to organize a club that we have at the university. The main problem and benefit solved with Airtable is the organization and task delegation of activities that need to be completed on the agenda.

Ensure you take the time to learn bow to use all the functions to fully realize the benefits of the platform!
Airtable is a smart database system that is very intuitive, customizable, and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very easy to use and doesnt require a lot of super complex knowledge of formulas. I used to use excel for my spreadsheets, and now primarily use airtable for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not found anything that I dont like about airtable. I think there are a lot of functions that I am not using, so maybe a better onboarding "how to" system?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to track spreadsheets and data when monitoring paid commissions for my leasing business. The ease with which you can sort through the data is so much easier than excel or other spreadsheet programs. I love that it is smart and allows you to easily move the data around to find the information/ results that you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple, easy to use program that helps you keep track of your data and move it around as you need to. Be sure to do tutorials or you will feel like you are missing really good functionality within the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable provides a great overview for all ongoing projects for a number of departments - marketing, sales, new product features, etc. It's easy to add coworkers, assign due dates, and establish timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not optimal for managing software development. Also, there are so many potential things you could utilize Airtable for, it can be overwhelming. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I'm letting potential customers know that Airtable is much more than Excel or Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable offers a lot more features than products like Excel and Smartsheet. There is more variety to row/column assignments and I love that you can get email notifications when someone mentions you on a project or changes a status.

If you can, schedule a demo with an Airtable rep so you can go through the important features that will be most helpful to your business.
Powerful yet accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable feels a lot like a spreadsheet, which makes it easy to get started—but it offers more advanced functionality in an easier to use interface when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is a database tool, wrapping your head around how records and fields relate to each other in a more complex setup can be confusing, but Airtable's documentation does an excellent job of explaining things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved our vendor pricing records to Airtable. We've seen so many benefits from this. It's faster and easier to update pricing, we can track when records were last updated or changed, and we can share custom views with other people in the company (while hiding fields they shouldn't see).

Airtable is very easy to use, visual, and has a whole host of functionalities. Overall it’s very versatile and I’m excited to see what our team accomplishes with it.

I wish Airtable had more onboarding support.

we used to use excel, that was organizational chaos. was hesistant to flip, but airtable makes it very user friendly

i need to be able to zoom out more, right now it doesn't zoom enough
