Great for organizing a business.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has so many options to plan, strategize, and organize company ideas, project, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable can be a little confusing (because there are so many features and options) as a first time user. However, they have a lot of FAQs and how-to materials to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing, development, and operations workflows are simplified now that we use Airtable. Utilizing timelines, calendars, and approvals really helps teams manage and collaborate on projects.
Airtable is the most versatile project/task management system
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable gives reins to the user and allows full customizability, even providing suggested templates for quick set-up. It can be used for a variety of projects, ranging from simple spreadsheets to budgets to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The number of projects are limited by the user’s plan however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows teams to collaborate and distribute tasks with ease. The team uses the system for a variety of projects including organizational charts, CRM, project management, budgeting, and much more

Love the customizability with Airtable! You can create it to fit your needs and add as you go!

Nothing that I've found yet! It is constantly changing and so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are so much more organized it's been so helpful as we went from a giant whiteboard to this, so many more options and ways to serve our clients!

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is so intuitive AND customizable. Makes massive, complex projects super organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Airtable. I like it so much that I started using it for personal projects (music production, group work, passion projects)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make hundreds of violin lessons for our app. All of them are organized and laid out completely in Airtable. Our developers even built a script to automate deployment of Airtable content into the app.

If you can get Airtable, get Airtable.
Airtable is a god-send for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add easy communication features like Bulk Email or Bulk SMS sends thru SendGrid and Twilio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Linking features (linking rows in different tables to each other) applied to tables in different Bases of a given workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to quickly capture information, get feedback from, and regularly communicate out information to a community of over 100 mentors working with students. It's made it way more streamlined to gather data through easy forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of all is that it is an application that offers a wide variety of document management that allows me to review the database in a more exhaustive way, since I also like its interface, it is very simple that any user can use it without any problem, has a system to attach files that works perfectly, and in my current position I am surprised by its format that is very similar to an Excel spreadsheet, since it helps me create a more creative and innovative workflow, as well as a potential Software, since it allows me to send suggestions and editions to certain projects and that any partner can notice and modify it at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that spoils all the marvelousness of this software is that it has many errors when inserting rows or columns, as well as copying or pasting them, you practically run all the work, and that may bring many delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot to organize and plan for projects that need more attention, especially those where customers are not completely satisfied, Airtable suggests that they need immediate attention, because it gives me the option of being able to control the time by allocating directly from the panel of control, where each member can see how many people are working on each project, and so we handle the information with more accessibility and transparency.

Airtable is very efficient to handle everything related to information in a spreadsheet format, task monitoring is efficient and that helps improve your performance at work, and not only yours but also that of your work team.

Airtable offers the ability to organize and use data in a myriad of ways, unlike any other system I’ve seen.

Because it’s a relatively new system, some features that may seem basic are still in development.

It offers ways to intelligently connect different datasets while avoiding duplication of information

Airtable allows me to keep track of my tasks and allows me to share that with my manager.

I find it hard to get the filtering that I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My boss knows what I'm working on and what tasks are completed. She is able to re-prioritize items as needed. It saves a lot of time.

Free Tier is a Great Jumping-off Point for Online Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is easy to use, aesthetically attractive, and even inspirational. The ease of use makes it an attractive option for keeping track of almost anything. Field-level editing is simple, and changing field types is extremely easy in comparison to most platforms. Picklist options are automatically color-coded which makes tables easy to track, visually. The free tier includes even some advanced options. Keeping track of tasks, managing schedules and projects, and simple survey analysis are easy, and fun. Airtable is the rare database platform that makes users want to use it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to functionality, and the system itself remains locked in a table-based format. In lower-priced tiers, data analysis and conclusions can be difficult to draw. Templates come pre-loaded with sample information that often serves more to clutter up tables than to helpfully illustrate the functionality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has been a terrific solution for data-management tasks that are too advanced to complete in Google Sheets, but would not benefit from the extra functionality of a platform like Salesforce. Easy input, easy editing, and simple analysis are very helpful for organizing tasks, or for tracking results of surveys and forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable can be a solution for anyone, and every user should at least try Airtable before selecting a cloud-deployed database solution. The range of applications is broad, and most users will find at least some tasks that Airtable is perfectly suited for. Users with more specialized needs will probably prefer more specialized solutions.
Incredibly powerful and flexible tool to replace all your spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has so many useful integrations and customization options. Our favorite feature is the ability to quickly and easily visualize your data in multiple different ways (blocks). The ability to embed tables in web pages is one of the most useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is incredibly powerful but this can come with a steep learning curve. We recommend playing around with all the features and exploring things for yourself before diving into a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created an entire CRM in Airtable configured exactly the way we need, meaning we don't need to pay for other separate expensive CRM software. We have also used Airtable to create a bug/issue tracking service which we have integrated directly with our repository to help us plan with project management.

Definitely look into all the powerful stuff you can do with integrations via Zapier.
