I love Airtable
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable helps our team stay focused and on track. Personally, I love knowing what needs to be accomplished within each sprint. This tool has helped me manage my time more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about this tool. It took me some time to get used to it, but otherwise, it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is remote. This product helps us manage projects with transparency. It has also helped us become more efficient as a team. I would genuinely recommend Airtable to any new business.

Use it! You won't regret it.
Airtable makes the use of databases easy.
What do you like best about the product?
If you have ever been intimidated by relational databases, never fear again. Airtable makes your life easier and makes you breath easier. Working on grids similar to spreadsheets you can link your data and feel like a pro as you keep track of everything from event planning, to nonprofit donor relations, to household inventory.
I'm not using many of the features but plan to implement them in the coming weeks and months as I ramp up my business.

I have been using Airtable for several years. What's not to like?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a book publisher, I keep track of books in process. What book needs what work, whose responsibility is different phases of the process. I always know where each book is in the system. We have six to eight books in house at any one time. Airtable helps me keep on top of all the tasks, delegated or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. See if it suits. Then use it for nearly everything that you want to track or keep track of.
Airtable is a GAMECHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can look at other templates of what people have created. It helps you get a spark of imagination for when you create your own table. I love all of the features that are available and that I don't have to start from scratch in order to switch views like in Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit confusing at first. The walkthroughs help somewhat. Since I would use it for clients that did have huge teams then some of the things in the walkthroughs were irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so versatile. I used to use google sheets for everything but then some of my clients didn't have google so by using airtable I have been able to use it with all of my clients. All of my clients love the customization options. They are a bit intimidated at first but after I show them how magical it can be they end up loving it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and then try it out again. It can be confusing at first but once you get the hang it, it is amazing!

It's ease of use and the fact that it can be used as a spreadsheet or as a database with a very easy to navigate API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that we dislike. It's been adopted by most people on our team. If I had to find one flaw it would be in how difficult or impossible it is to compare and perform functions on different records in different bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a broad range of problems from marketing calendars to a simple updateable database for an internal Slack chatbot.
Airtable is an amazing, customizable tool that can meet many different needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how robust and customizable it is. It can seem a little daunting to set up at first but it can do practically anything. I use it for mileage tracking, digital asset management, recipes, tracking wines I like, casting (for video production), listing places I want to travel, equipment tracking, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you can't have free guests on your paid Airtable bases. I only really need to share one base with one person and they'll rarely need to access it so I don't really want to pay $240/year for them to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Mileage tracking, Big Picture financial tracking (ie making sure hours stay within project budget, etc), planning of just about anything, contacts database, etc

What do you like best about the product?
I use AirTable to include all the atributes of my clients SKUs. There are three things I like the most. The first one is that you can predeterminate what type of information each column will be. Because some atributes repeat in some cases, the list option was great to keep the format. The second thing I liked was that you can co-work and share a table for all your team to work on it. The last, but not least, is that has an integration whith slack. I could track if someone else made changes and who was working on the project
What do you dislike about the product?
I used sometimes the option of searching duplicates, however this functionality was a little hidden and when I forgot where it was, I had to spent some time looking for it again.

Having a place to manage my SKUs atributes. Among the benefits, the co-work functionality and also that I could use it in my Bi solution

The data connections between sheets and the amount of organization you can achieve is really amazing.

I wish there was an easier way to have these forms imported into google drive.
