User Experience is Flawless
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome tool. Your imagination is really the limit as far as use cases go. Very impressed

The billing can be deceptive. For example users that have access to a base but are not part of your organization can be added to your bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the filter feature which makes it easier to narrow down your results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it saves newly typed info in a drop-down menu field as a new entry. I wish it wouldn’t allow you to add new entries unless you click customize field type and manually/purposely add it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure the influencers we source don’t overlap with some that already exist within the company, and creating separate views per team member. This keeps everything organized and ensures that no two people are sourcing the same Influencer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay organized and don’t overload it with data.

one of the best features i love about airtable is the ease of user accessibility in the sense that there are multiple functionalities to allow people to collaborate and collect great amounts of data information if used the right way

what i dislike about airtable is the amount of multiple functionality since it can get extremely confusing, however, once a user spends some time understanding it, it can prove to be a very useful and effective amenity for people of all experience backgrounds

I love the flexibility of AirTable as a way to organize data in a database to see exactly where we were at at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility with the appearance of the tables and using color coding.

We have a detailed database of everyone who's been a member for us.

Flexibility and ease of use. I can create custom solutions.

Modular pieces don’t always play well and don’t have the flexibility I need.

Custom solutions are easy and quick to create and automate.
Amazing Resource for Non-profits!
What do you like best about the product?
This resource is not only super user friendly, it allows us to increase productivity and streamline standard processes. My team can use Airtable easily and efficiently and it has made a huge difference in how we work.

No dislikes! We really appreciate the program.

I absolutely love Airtable - I’ve referred at least ten people! So easy to use and I love the freedom of creativity. I just wish there was more accessibility in the free version.

Holy Grail of Organizational Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Airtable is almost limitless and I continue to learn how to implement more of our day-to-day business operations into it! From managing 20+ spreadsheets, all I now use is Airtable. The privacy settings make it so easy to share your data with the right people to make quicker decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could link between work bases. There's only so much you can add in one work base but would be great to sync data between different work bases. I also wish there was more flexibility with the Airtable forms, similar to what JotForm offers in its form product. If only Airtable and Jotform married...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking scholarship applications, managing contractor/volunteer/employee contact lists, speaker management, managing event operations with my team, planning a conference, managing finance reporting and more! I use Airtable daily for almost all facets of our business. My favorite tool by far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable has cut down data-retrieval time and has made our team more efficient and transparent. In general, it made work more enjoyable.
